My washer has been doing the UB error for almost a year now and I changed the rods and tightened the bult, but that didn't fix it. You're video is the ONLY video I found that taught me how to calibrate the washer and now it's running perfect. I feel so dumb but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! ❤
Our Samsung washer was delivered & installed just two days ago!!!! It has a loose, springy tub as described in this video!!!! The machine would not go onto either the rinse cycle or the spin cycle. It would just STOP!!!!!!! At least we know what's wrong with it!!!!!!
My washer has the 8C error code, we already replaced the MEMS sensor but it's still doing the same thing. It basically fills up with water, it's about to spin but drains the water, then does the same process about 2 other times before it starts washing normally.
Maybe try resetting it. If that doesn’t work I would inspect the mems connection points. If it’s connected properly it could be the wire. Please let us know what you end up finding out.
Sorry I do not have that information anymore. The important thing is you get the correct length. At first they sent me the wrong length and I had to return it.
Might be your water supply. Are any of the hoses kinked, clogged screens or hoses in general? Did anyone turn off the water faucet that goes to the washer on accident? Those would be the basic trouble shooting steps for a 4 C

Thank you for sharing this, God bless.
That nut on the bottom is left hand thread so if it’s loose, tighten it by turning it counterclockwise
I cant find out how to calibrate a wa484dshawr/a1
After 3 years my suspension rods went out. I replaced them. Wish I would have bought a speed queen.
Me too

How did you get the top agitator nut off. You said two hand but then jumped to using paint can openers
With one hand work the 10mm socket and the other hand will need to stop the agitator from spinning.
What is the Samsung washer model number for this model Ub error code?
This one was wa50m7450. From what I read and hear from people who have other Samsung washers; it’s pretty common in many of their washers.
Nice
What is the model # for the rods?

My washer said 4c

How do you reset this machine?
Watch the first step again. Easier to watch than to explain .
