I always bake mine for 2 hours covered with onions green peppers and 2 cups of water and of course good seasoning.makes them so tender then add barbecue sauce and put back in over uncovered for 20 minutes…THE GREATEST
I’m cooking neckbones this weekend they were 1.99 lb which is pretty cheap comparing todays prices. I remember I raised my children in the 90’s/2000’s I would get family packs of neckbones 3-4$ for a family of four with leftovers. I love this inexpensive meal. I cook mine similarly. ❤
I know, neckbones are about the only meat that didn't sky rocket. I think that's because a lot of people don't know how to ccok them.😀 Thank you very much for watching. 🙂❤️❤️
Can this recipe be used for 2 lbs of chicken wings? Would the oven temp and seasonings stay the same or be adjusted??? I also cooked your smothered ribs and gravy and they were delicious!
Cook them at 350F degrees covered with foil for about 45 min. Then take the foil off and bast them with the BBQ sauce, then return to oven uncovered for 15 min so the sauce can glaze on them. Enjoy! 🙂❤️
