OVEN- BAKED NECKBONES!

1/2 pack of LIPTON savory& herb season
3tbspoonsof kosher salt
1tbspoon of minced garlic
1/4cup of brown gravy season
1/4cupof garlic powder
1/4cup of onion powder
2tbspoons of black pepper
1tbspoons of paprika
2teaspoons of season salt
1/4cup of oxtail season
7cupsof water
3tbspoons of all purpose flour
i used 2onions cut up
1 bell pepper
3tbspoon of vegetable oil in the pan along with 3tbspoon of unsalted butter
Baked covered at 375 degrees for 2 hours
then an additional one hour uncovered, until fork ready! and 1 more hour for Fallin off the bones
