    Mai 6 years bete ki mother hu, big family h meri but husband job ki wajah se family se dur hu, saas 1 month tak after delivery mere sath thi fir vo chali gayi gayi, normal delivery tha to jyada issue nahi aaya handle karne me but ghar ka sara kaam usi me bache ko dekhna vo b bina kisi house help k, mera weight kam hi nahi hua delivery k baad b infact pura body aisa hogaya ki ab mai aisi hi rahungi hamesha...but corona k aane k baad maine thoda khud pe dhyan rakhna start Kiya coz husband b ghar pe hote the bache ko dekhne k liye so mai thoda yoga start ki but kuch time baad hi kamar me pain start hogaya aur fir goga b band kar di...last me bahot sare videos dekhne k baad intermittent fasting k bare me pata chala to maine use start kiya ..raat ko khana band ya fir 6 baje tak 1 roti sabji kha leti thi sath me maida puri tarah band kar diya khana aur bahar ka b khana almost band kar diya and trust me mera 70 kg se sidha 62 weight hogaya..ab mai kaafi khush hu apne aap ko dekhke...😊

    Debi di, my obstacle or issue in weightloss is - I am a 20 yo living in a pg so can't afford actual homecooked food. Need more income to manage a pg room with self-cooking kitchen. Aise mein, please make a video to suggest ways to diet for peope like me and exercise without gym equipment

    I was trying to loose my weight.I am 73 kg and I want 65kg weight.But many obstacles came whenever I joined yoga I felt very tiry.I have neck and backbone issue.I try news things to loose weight it get so much pain in my neck and waist.

    ma'am mene c section ke 3 mhine se hi gym join kr liya tha abhi 2 saal ho gye he but Mera weight bilkul bhi loose nhi ho rha he delivery ke baad bhi 75 kg or ab bhi 75 kg ki hu😭

    Hello mam, I have endometriosis, going through an IVF process. Doctor has asked me to lose two more kgs to be able to inject the embryo. I have been walking 6 km everyday, dieting as well. But lose only 500gm. The doctor doesn't believe that I am dieting. What should I do, can you suggest something?

    Looks like u ll dont knw tht camera makes person look 10 tims more larger than wht actually are. Thts why one will feel person looking larger .

    Hello ma'am. Very helpful video. I'm a dance teacher by profession and a mother. I am also in this weight loss journey. As u mentioned in ur video, kothaye problem face korchi sheta janate.. so basically amar problem hoche everyday ki khayi? Maane ami jani je protein and fibre khawa uchit, kintu every time measure kore khete parina. As am a mother & bengali so ektu rice or roti chayi.. how shall I avoid it? Avoid ki kortei hobe? And lastly there are so many videos on different morning and night drinks, which one to take, am totally confused. So these are my problems, if u can guide me..

    hi Debina .. time is big restriction .. m a working mom of 2 kids . 8 yrs n 2 yrs .. I kind of keep juggling with finishing up basic cores.i don't know how and when I can take out time for myself

      Exactly same here🙋‍♀️.... She has a cook, 2 nannies and also other staffs to do the household chores. Also support of her mom. So obviously she has so much time for herself. Working in entertainment industry for so many years they have made good money to afford this lifestyle. We salaried ppl with so much tax deduction can never imagine to make so much money. And their industry and work is very demanding in terms of looks so obviously 24*7 they have to work on it, her husband does the same because their looks is their bread and butter. We Can't compare our lifestyle with them. Than weight reduction, keeping ourselves healthy is more important because if we fall ill, no one to look after our families. After turning 40 I have started spending 45 mins somehow on myself and do basic exercises only to keep myself healthy🙂.
