Ok, let’s get right to it. Outbreaks suck!
I’m going to be vulnerable and tell you some of the thoughts that go through my head when I get an outbreak. I think; why me, why now, urg… of course I got an outbreak, Oh it was because I ate this or did that, why did I sleep with him, what was I thinking, oh no did I give it to my husband, annoying I have to watch what I eat the next couple of days, oh man I have to cancel some of my plans and do some self-care and take care of myself. Any of this s**t sound familiar?
Yes, even though I’ve done a ton of self-work, forgiveness and totally moved on from that being diagnosed in July of 2011 it still can get to me when I have an outbreak. And you know what, that’s ok!
Here is what I do when I get outbreaks.

Do you know if taking vaginal ph balance probiotics is safe with valtrex (valacyclovir)?? I take valtrex daily...
Also do you know if i can take lysine and zinc altogether safely too? Even if i take valtrex daily? And if i take the daily probiotic too if u know? The probiotic is Azo feminine balance. Becausei also get bad yeast and bacterial infections...
Avoid sugar..it feeds the nasty harmful bacteria
I have both oral and vaginal herpes :( at the Moment i suffer from depression and I am scared that it affects the brain :(( if i have herpes I take 5 Aciclovir each day. Does the Virus affect the immun system?
No it doesn’t affect the immune system but it does give extra work to your immune system since it has to fight to suppress the virus.

Do you take the vitamins only when you have a breakout how many pills or everyday
As you want. Vitamins are something that are found in food as well, so it's not something synthetics you'd want to avoid and they help your immune system in general.
Really hard to follow the recommendations with all the uncertainty of the math. Maybe next time write it down in advance so that the video is easier to follow.
