Well you should specify. Not NA teams pay better, but NA orgs pay better. Like Liquid, an NA team, is an EU org, while CLG is an NA team and org. Or Luminosity is an NA org, but an EU team

***** I'm not saying a 1+ month break lol. Lots of streamers tend to not stream for about a week or so yet still attract a similar audience. I would include pro players like Olof but people look up to them so it doesn't really matter. Steel has a big following and can defo pull a lot of viewers even if he takes a week break or so.
im not here because i want to learn about how vital practice is, but because i love seeing josh trying to help the csgo community and teams improve and better themselves. It's really nice to see what Josh is trying to do despite what happened to him and his teammates. Great content Josh and great professionalism. Wish you were able to play pro csgo again to represent NA.

An idea for another IGL Series video. How to prepare your team for an important match.
So, I finally did it, we made it to the second round in our first cup. We have just one game left in the first round, but it isn't that important, we just want to win. So, I watched some of the demos I had on our warserver from them and we analyzed them, looking at their strats, how they approach a site and such. Is there anything you could tell me what else to do to prepare my team for a match?
If Steel was unbanned he would dominate the world with his mind...

Even though he might not get unbanned and I don't know how the rules work for coaches, I think that a team with not that much experience should pick him up as a coach because he has been through a lot and he knows what he is talking about. Steel even if he isn't the greatest mind in NA CS right now he knows more than most csgo players on teams right now. I think if he joined C9 it would help Stewie out a lot and he might be able to teach shroud some things too. And n0thing I think since he has been on that team a while with shroud those 3 shroud nothing and steel could help stewie and autimatic. Ska is one of the best awpers if not the best in NA right now so he can help Stewie with that if that helps the team.

All the teams I have been in so far are so weird and stupid. Both teams if the team doesn't win at least 75% of games then the team disbands within 2 weeks. Hopefully third time lucky, I find a team that actually trains and doesn't disband like straight away.

Cool man, but how bout a cheat sheet with numbered points for you to observe while you shoot the video. I've noticed you and DaZed have some resistance to doing things like this, since you both have apologized at the end of your videos for rambling. Many people use a list of single word reminders, including myself (not on TH-cam). So, at the risk of saying "take your own advice," I would like to see you improve upon this aspect of the videos.
