Depends on person really but you just play the game way differently when high, you think of different kind of strategies that wouldn't have come to your mind. Usually if you haven't smoked for a while you just overthink but also you think about every possible scenario that could happen. Honestly the effect is different to every person, but playing high is way more fun.

Josh can u make a vid explaining what to do in a practice. LIike demostrating the actual practice itself. im an amaeteur IGL and sometimes my teamates just dont follow what i say or they are just scared of going out . Thanks for the answer BTW
Not gonna lie I chose the same path you did hitting b hard, sending the one mid to cut rotations and then pollo comes in late to surprise them from up top. Finding that b player pushed so far up is a tell for sure.
is it a good idea that (in a team) you have dedicated player who died that turns off all the communication thats going on and be a listener? like for a potential step or sound queue in general? he can also crank up the volume in that case

Its hard to see everything going on just by spectating, you should just leave the remaining players choose what to do since theyre alive theyre more focused and have a better idea. And its just general consensus that you shouldnt talk when youre dead
He's speaking 3rd because if he spoke first person, it would make the focus of the video on the mistake of THAT specific match, as if it's a mistake that only happened there. Steel wants to show that it can happen in any game, any map, and team, so he's doing 3rd so that anyone can put themselves in that position and understand this mistake.

Koosta has mental issues. Fix those and he's just as good as skadoodle, if not better. Pollo is actually a very good entryfragger, allow him to gain experience, and he'll be a top player. This team is looking great right now, I wouldn't change anything.
There's no good in "asserting" your IGL status", or pushing your tactics onto teammates forcefully, if they disagree. If you do, it's just going to cause tension and turmoil. The team has to collectively acknowledge the IGL's status and agree, which is what Steel's trying to get across to us (not some "assertion")

nagol JDM is the only NA AWP better than Koosta and getting him isn't realistic at all.
