I try to get an idea of the economy in the game.. but in the lower ranks (MG-ranks) You can really never tell.. Like they just lost 2 force-rounds.. they SHOULD be hard-ecoing.. but next thing I know I get picked by an enemy AWP in mid.. Because the opposite team never seem to buy together.

OneMillionandOne Not that bad actually :D I mean I know when to eco/force, but not in depth like how much money I get for a round etc.
+monsterrapid If you're LE after the deranks then that's not too bad. I was Global and played 1 game and deranked to LEM and I have a feeling a lot of other people I've played against in LEM/LE are in the same situation. So you're probably playing against a lot of pre-update Globals and Supreme's. Some of which were bad but, some of which were actually where they were supposed to be. Just keep practicing

androo907 I would disagree. Obviously it's essential for major competitive teams, but it's still necessary to understand the economy system. Most people already know the basics of it. Like, when to buy as a team and when to save, and when to just go for a bomb plant. At any decent level of CS it's super necessary. Otherwise you'd have half of your team buying and half of your team saving every round.

Wait, so when the CT's have less nades, shouldn't you be taking your time so you can execute when they have no more utility?
Or is rushing better since they will not have molotovs?
depends on the map
for example, if it's inferno, it's better to bait put their nades and do an execute rather than rush in
but let's say if u r playing mirage and u want to rush b, it's better to full rush because they won't have Molotov and u have gun advantage
Would intentionally losing a round to reset the other teams lose bonus back to $1400 be a possible idea/strat?
very risky since you are allowing them to keep their weapons in which they bought from their 3400 bonus, and get the 3500 from defusing the bomb, so they can steadily build an economy up from there, allowing them a higher chance to win the following rounds, while you only get 2200 (1400 loss, 800 plant).

everyone actually has 0 ping as it was a LAN.
As CT if you lose pistol do you force up?
Yes, since u need to double Eco anyways. Lose pistol: +1400, lose next round: +1900=3300 which is not enough as a ct. Or u force and get 1900+2400=4300. Source: been global for 1.5 years, still am.

What Lukas means is, you aren't going to be able to buy until 4th round no matter what, so you might as well force 2nd round for a shot at winning. This makes sense 2nd round because by the 3rd round, the T's would have slightly better weapons/more nades.
Yeahy u will afford light kev(which is all u need vs aks) an m4 and a smoke and flash. If someone has gotten a kill or two they will also afford a defkit. If someone wants to they can buy a famas and get full nadekit + defuse kit aswell. That is not a bad buy.
but why force on 2nd if you have play maps like d2 where there is just a little chance of winning force buys and not get kit kevhelm m4 and full nades ( or even awp )
