Today I'm covering a common ingredient in many of the workout and performance supplements I see on the shelf. It's important to me that people understand what they are taking and why. The supplement industry is poorly regulated and there are a lot of hyperbolized claims that come along with marketing these products.
I'm going to break down for you what Coenzyme Q10 (aka Co Q10) is and why this antioxidant has made it's way into some of your favourite supplements. Most importantly, I will breakdown for you what it actually seems to help when you look at it in studies.

Love this video thank you so much for sharing this info. Using this supplement in treating post viral POTS. Would love to hear what you have to say about that and how you go about treating those patients with symptoms that may be similar to heart failure

Thank you! I actually was planning on doing a video on POTS in the near future as I’m seeing a lot more of it in recent years. I’ll try to prioritize the video for you :)

Hi Victor, I’m so happy to hear that the video translates well to my overseas friends! Generally speaking 200-400 mg is what’s in the literature :)

I don’t have a preferred brand but professional grade products are your safest bet. They do the more rigorous quality checks to ensure the product is potent and pure.🙂

Good video. You need to use a microphone. Volume level way too low.
