  • Learn how to tighten a loose ATV chain, how to tell if your chain is too loose, how to evaluate the life of your chain and sprockets, and how to clean and lube your chain. Buy a new chain and sprocket set on Partzilla.com: www.partzilla.com/catalog/hon...
You really should check to see how loose or tight your chain is every time you want to take your machine out. If the chain is too loose it will flops back and forth and result in a bad connection between your throttle and rear wheels. If your chain is too tight, when the suspension is moving it can put stress on the chain and break it.
It’s also important to check the health of your chain and sprockets together. Put a new chain on a worn out front or rear sprockets and you’ll wear your new chain down twice as fast.

My 2005 Honda400ex has been leaking fuel from the overflow tube, I unscrewed the carburator needle set screw that is below the overflow tube, and screwed it back in place, which it stops leaking for 30 seconds then starts leaking again...the engine doesn’t have to be running for it to leak. I’ve cleaned the carburator and checked all the jets, everything looks good but it still leaks all the fuel out of the tank from the overflow tube.
