Dear Malene, it was pleasure watching your sailing adventure, and yarn shop visiting...The most I enjoyed looking at beautiful old houses in old streets...like from a fairy tale...We do not have yarn shops like you do, knitting is mostly underrated in my country, wool is usually thrown away in garbage by farmers...all in one, one sad knitting story...so, no knitting friends here and swap buddies...but there is internet and so many lovely knitters and knitting podcasts I enjoy watching...Yours is so calming and always filled with beautiful colourful socks 🥰...it is cure for my eyes and my soul...Thank you for your time and effort.

Hey Malene, thank you for this episode. I especially loved your piece of music with your footage of this so cute island. And for your socks my favorite ones are the navy with red and white stripes and speckled heels. Classic colors with a hint of fantasy. I love swaps as it's twice the fun : first preparing the parcel of my swappee and finding, gathering and making what will please her and then opening my parcel and discovering what she prepared for me. Last time, I sewed a project bag for her as she doesn't sew and she made me an embroidered needles cushion as I don't do embroidery; and now we're planning a scrappy yarn advent's calendar. We all have scraps and mini advents calenders are ridiculously expensive.

Thank you for another great podcast. Your socks are so lovely. I knitted a pair of socks for my daughter in the Van Gogh Starry Nights colourway and she loves them. That whole Van Gogh inspired sock yarn collection is beautiful. I was really interested in your swap. A few years ago, I was contacted by a lady called Nicola on Instagram after she saw pictures of my knitting. She made bags and asked if I was interested in doing a swap and since then, we have swapped items every now and again. She has made me beautiful bags for me and my sewing daughter and even as a prize for the knitting group I run - we have an annual 'making' competition so prizes are needed! In return, I have knitted socks, cowls and a shawl for her. We even managed to meet two summers ago, when my husband and I went on holiday to England where she lives. I live in Northern Ireland. Thank you for sharing your lovely knitting and playing beautiful music in each episode. I look forward to the next one. xx

Love all of your finished socks! I also love knitting socks and pairing up different yarns with different patterns! You play the piano beautifully. I never learned how, though two of my daughters took lessons through Grade 8; the other daughter plays violin. I sing. It's great getting together with them for times of music. Of course, I also knit - sweaters, accessories, shawls.

Still need to make something out of it. But the day has only 24hrs, and I have many crafting hobbies. So, one day… 😉

Hello Malene! Another wonderful episode. Your boat outing looked like so much fun and you had such nice weather! The island you visited was gorgeous! Such beautiful architecture and so colorful with all the flowers. It looked like the perfect, quaint little Danish town and was just breathtaking - thank you for sharing that with us and happy belated birthday to your husband! I'm a solitary knitter here in Ohio, USA so no swaps for me, but I do believe I recently turned my best friend on to knitting so fingers crossed that a yarn swap will be in my future🤞🏻

I do love spending an hour listening to you chatting away while I knit. My most recent swap with a friend was raw fleece. She gave me a cream & tan coloured Corriedale and I gave her a white Border Leicester. We both love to spin our own yarn and share when we get our hungry hands on a gorgeous fleece 😊
