Long Island Corn is the best!!! Just roast or Grill and it needs nothing! That’s how NYers do Corn 🌽

Don't try to eat the corn by your house, it is most likely dent corn and not sweet corn

technically I think you can eat it - but yes you are right most of it is dent corn that goes to agricultural feed, or stuff that's probably not great for you (e.g. corn syrup, processed cereals, etc)

I like/prefer husk on, and I grill it that way on my weber q all the time. Its nice to see the comparison of the three different ways 👍

Eat some raw corn right out of the field if you want to taste the sweetest juiciest corn ever.
