Did you use the jack to jack up the A arm after getting the top bolts in to help align the bottom bolts on the shock? From what I hear that is the hardest part is getting the bottom bolt holes aligned.
I had the truck on jack stands and pushed down on the A arm to help slide the shock into place then yes I use the jack with a little pressure to get those bolts into place it was a little bit of a pain but wasn't to bad
I’m scared to do anything with mine, Chevy told me if anything happens to tranny or motor if I touch the suspension or do a lift kit and they don’t instal it ,they will void my warranty,,,it sucks but I truly believe them!
That not true, there is a law out there they have to prove whatever you do to the vehicle Cause the issue. A lift kit dose not void the a motor or transmission warranty that is the dealership wanting you to buy a lift kit from them to make money off of you . I’ve been down that road I wouldn’t believe them
Any failure that would not be covered under warranty would have to be directly related to your aftermarket parts. For example, if one of your shocks fail, then that could be attributed to the spacers that were added.
@@krasnaludek298 It all depends on the dealership , I had a blown out rear differential. Still got cover I had Aftermarket driveshaft still got replaced With a swap out yolk . They still have to provide it was the part that caused it to happen if they can’t it’s covered
I’m not 💯 sure maybe just how the angles are but I record it I got the other 1” coming for the from and rear coming to make a 2” lift out of it so. We will see what I get out of that !
hack ya ! that's going to be a great look for it ! even if you just get a 1' wheel adapter to help push out the tires just to get it that little bit bitter stance!
Great vid. On my 2023 GMC canyon elevation I used the 2" ReadyLift (good quality as well). This brought the truck to a perfect level. Then installed a 2 wheel spacer on the stock wheels and that brought the tire 1 1/2 " outside of the fender flairs. Night and day difference in the stance.
Dude, leveling kits make your truck look like a swatted Truck… waste of money. Once you put anything in the back of that truck, the front end sits sky high. Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!

Should have taken the truck outside for some before and after vehicle profile photos. We can’t see the results of the collar lift.
How long did it take you to get your set? Mine is going on 10 days since order and it hasn’t shipped.
I would say it didn’t take long to be honest. Maybe call them And have them see what’s going on ?

You have a shitty dealer. We do mild lifts on all our company trucks with 1” taller tires, and they never give us any trouble with warranty coverage.
I thought it came level from factory
I thought so to originally. but you can quickly see they have a bunch of rake from factory
There is a rake on the truck even with the factory lift kit on there

I did the Ready Lift kit that got me 6" its a 2023 Silverado ZR2 6.2L.... ill post a video but im not a TH-camr.
How do the cv axle angles look after the lift?
They look fine , Still pretty straight on crazy angle

I now have an Add a leaf in the rear that adds 750 more pounds. She is setting pretty good.
