When my husband and I retired in 2020, we moved to a beautiful, small village in Spain. Just 700 people, 20 minutes from the sea and beautiful views of the mountains around us. We also have a small grocery, pharmacy, bakery, two cafe/bars, and a school. One third of the village is now made up of foreigners and the mayor created an association to help extranjeros become part of the community. Take a chance if you are willing to become part of a new community,--you won't regret it.
They are lovely to see, but perhaps they could only be a few minutes each episode. I'd rather see your family, your olive grove, your daily activities than the house tours.
Ciao beautiful people! I almost fell off my chair when you said the prices of the two houses today. Oh please please, come the day Joe isn’t working any longer, so we can come and find our own little slice of paradise! You are all looking happy and healthy, and after all you’ve been through, it’s wonderful to see Luca relaxed and happy, and Sara also relaxed and happy. And of course, Luce, our little light, is the smartest, funniest and prettiest little girl in the world, with the sunniest disposition - because her Mama and Papa have such wonderful outlooks on life. I wasn’t sure at first, but now I know this is the perfect place for your family. When you have love like yours, you have everything! With almost 60,000 views, there are only 9400 thumbs up. I think people get so engrossed they forget to push the thumbs up button. It’s important to the algorithm, and so, please, beautiful people, remember to push the thumbs up button (Luce told me to remind everyone :) Con amore sempre, Mamma Terry
Your little Luca is just so precious. My children all grown and I love watching your channel just to see your sweet family;) The years go by so quickly. Best wishes for continued good health and healing.
Luca, you’re looking so well and healthy. Sara you are looking so relaxed and beautiful. Of course Luce is the beautiful light that she is. Thank you for this informative video!
Thank you for showing the houses, they both have so much potential. The little town is going to grow and be more lively with children and fun things to do and good places to eat. Best wishes for the right people to get hold of these houses thank you guys. Love you, love youLuce🥰 take care and God bless❤️ bjs
Sara you are looking so much better , Luce is back to her wonderful self, Luca you are also looking like you are improving daily. The houses you have shown are amazing. Thank you.
I sincerely hope all those that decide to relocate to a small village anywhere in Europe, actually do their best to assimilate to the area= language, customs etc. Instead of moving in, and trying to make it a mini USA, Germany, Canada, etc etc. Respect the area you have chosen...it & it's people have been there much longer than you have. You are both doing an incredible job of being "ambassador's " for Italy and this particular area. Keep up the great work!
I would love for you to do an episode where you share the 10 families who have moved to your village, the house they moved into (at least the outside), and where they moved from.
Until now my visual knowledge of Scicily was by watching the Inspector Montalbano television series. :-) I am really enjoying seeing it through your eyes and learning more. I will never be able to visit now, but if I were younger I'd be over like a shot - probably applying to be your nanny and sharing life through Luce's eyes too. Thank you for continuing to produce such interesting content of your lives and experiences.
If I was younger I would buy a house and move to your little town. Thank you for sharing the beauty and history of this wonderful place. Your videos will no doubt result in more tourism for the area. Great job!
I enjoy ALL your videos! But these videos with the houses I love because they make my imagination take flight. Stairs in the house and in the streets are my favorite, for me nothing is a better precursor for good health. My mother walks a lot and she’s enjoying a beautiful, long life. The maternal instinct in Luce is such a joy to see, look at her pulling her stroller up the hill! The little kitchen is so cute! I wish to know more about the inhabitant. I would enjoy a video of interviews of the new families. Thank you, another great Sunday visit with you all ❤
Wish I had enough money to refurbish a home in your village. It would be heaven to live in Sicily......my love of the ocean and mountains....so I live vicariously through all you do. Thank you so much!
Yes, yes, yes....to all the above, land with olives, Old house by the sea, and the magnificient language of Italian! Question- is cityenship granted in Italy much like in Malta?
It's so important to bring people, life, and economy back to these small, beautiful, sea view villages and it's good to use your platform to help bring attention to this. I love those beautiful Sicilian tiles which make me happy to see...so timeless and colorful and still in great condition! I hope everyone from around the world will go have a home there and contribute to the community in a positive way. Just think about how lively and thriving these villages will be again. I plan to help as much as I can with this mission as well. Once I settle back to my village I will bring as many people to understand the value of the lifestyle there. Best Wishes!
It's facinating seeing these properties.Thank you. Your home and Olive Grove are both outstanding. I wondered how village residents feel about international newcomers buyng properties and surrounding land n their village and in Scicily.
It's so good to see you guys! You're doing a great service for the village and for people who would like to move to a beautiful small town. Stay happy and stay healthy you three!!!❤❤❤❤❤
I have been with you since the very first episode!! I am thrilled to see Sicily homes!! We are retiring in Italy and most channels have Abruzzo, but we are excited to finally see Sicily homes!!! We love you guys!! ❤
❤🙏🏻for taking your precious time to show us houses for sale. I prefer not too many stairs and access to parking outside, but maybe something will turn up. Have a beautiful Thursday ciao anime belle.
That little Luce is so adorable 🥰 You guys are so, so kind to take a the time to research & share properties that subscribers may purchase in Sicily. If I were in the market for property over there, this would be a wonderful way to shop for it. Although I am not in the market, I still enjoy seeing the different properties & knowing what they are selling for. You guys are so accommodating to your viewers. May God continue to bless y’all & keep you in His loving care🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
3:13 Luce knows that is not dignified, Dad.😄 13:13 This house is good for large families who don't want to be on top of each other all day long. They have so many entrances from the street, floors, and rooms to be alone or away from the house noise. 28:45 Awww, that's too sweet. Ciao, Luce.🤎🖤💙
I can't say enough how much I enjoy your videos. The bells ringing in your village ring in my heart whenever I hear them. The fact that you are bringing new life to your village through your videos is incredible. I strive to be able to visit Sicily someday and experience its magic first hand. As always, thank you for sharing with all of us. Ti amo ❤
Thank you guys for what you do for all of us every Sunday - It cannot be easy but you both make it look like it is! You are doing wonderful things for your new community! Keep up the great work and you are doing such a wonderful job brining up Luce - she is a total delight!
That first house really was a dolls house. The lady must have been teeny. I think the second house is much more liveable, and the roof terrace is great. Luce is a delight as always. I hope you're all well?
I love the tours of the houses. Thank you. You look tired, Luca. I’m glad you are well Sara. And little Luce is such a happy girl. Take care of yourselves.🤗🇨🇦
I am so thrilled & proud of what you are doing to help grow little towns in Sicily! I wish your little precious family much success with this endeavor & may God continue to bless your lives! ❤
I hope the people who buy these pro properties will acknowledge the way people have lived in this village and be respectful of that and hopefully the small businesses will also thrive. Thank you. Lovely family for showing this wonderful place. Sending big hugs.❤❤❤
I'm so glad that you're videos are helping the village and I'm really enjoying seeing the different houses. Luce is so adorable, I cannot help but smile every time she talks! ❤
I love these videos of the beautiful old houses in your village. You show them really well, explaining everything. I'm never left wondering what or where does that door go, or things like that. I could watch them all day. Plus the views! Stunning. Hope you are both keeping well 🙂
Of course people want to be near you beautiful people! You're like magnets. The town will maintain its authenticity as long as corrupt real estate wolves are kept at bay. You are authentic and that little town is beautiful! May it stay that way. Thanks for showing those beautiful houses. The entrance to the first one is charming & inviting, and the house is warm and cozy. You're doing a wonderful job, Sara & Luca, opening up the town to people who can appreciate its quiet beauty! (Don't invite loud people and their smelly barbeques, though!) Luca's eyes are beautiful like the sea and sky.
Have you ever smelled Italian food? Some would say it's smelly too! 😅🤣 ...but I adore Garlic ...the more the better, so it smells wonderful to me. We cook with it almost every meal, but we also barbeque ...and we aren't as boisterous as most of the Italians we know ...more's the pity.
Ciao. 2nd house is amazing especially for the price. I like that you don't have to walk up half of Etna to get to the house as you would in the 1st home. It would be lovely if there was a square where people could meet up and have a coffee. My mother does come from Sicily (Licata) and I loved going there just to get to know my roots. I really hope this little village thrives in time. Do know that some people would move out of smaller villages in the hope for better prospects for work. But if I was retired from work could easily see myself or other couples spending a lot of time there as a second home. Ciao, Salvo baci. xxx
I love the idea of the first house and getting daily visits from your sweet baby angel while she feeds her kitties❤ It would be great if the roof on the top floor could be removed to make a roof top terrace! ❤ your beautiful family! Just a tip....slow down a bit and scan the rooms more smoothly. Jodi from Washington state 😊

Wonderful you are bringing more like minded people to your village. It’s a nice sidetrack along your own journey. Loving Luce’s Italian. I don’t understand it but it’s like sweet birds’ songs in Spring.
You’re doing a wonderful thing, bringing back life into a lovely town. Congratulations for attracting others to buy. It will surely bring back Sicilian workmen also once the population increases enough. Thank you for showing us inside these private homes for sale. It is most interesting. Do you only share private homes for sale so as not to encroach on the real estate people in the area? It’s a vision of Transformation! Bringing Life! Wonderful!
The town should make you guys the ambassadors.I love the houses and wish I could live there. As always I wish you health, wealth and wisdom. Doug from Palm Springs California
my sister's father in law would come to Sicily every year for six months at a time and go back to America for the rest of the year. He was originally from Sicily and he missed it very much, I can understand why he missed it because it is so beautiful and peaceful looking there.
I think you both found your nitch i find these videos you showing houses to be very engaging not boring by no means. Thanks you , you spark my interest !
Hi Luca & Sara - Luce ❤❤❤I'm nit keen on the property market videos myself - - but happy for u if it's much needed revenue while u both rest after illness & recover ❤❤❤❤get well take care god bless ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💐💐
Loving this series of showcasing beautiful homes and such rich history .. I love the history ..thank you kids for these amazing properties for sale, Your beautiful little daughter is growing up quick .. she is so smart and such a vibrant personality .. thanks again for another great episode xo from Canada .
I watch all the time on my TV but can only comment from my phone! I love your beautiful little family!!! You are the people my husband and I can relate to!!! We had our 3 children years ago as we are now 71 and 73. I had my 3rd child when I was 38 years old. We love your positive attitudes!!! We moved from a huge 4 bedroom house we lived in for 20 yrs, to a tiny cottage studio with one bedroom. We moved 2 yrs ago when I was very sick. Its taken me a long time to feel better. We are just now trying to make things fit and be more functional to make the kitchen/living room easier to use! Watching your videos inspires us to get things working better for us!!! Today, we are installing special shelves and a coffee bar in our beautiful hutch, and finding the right places for everything!!! Keep posting, and we will❤😊 be watching and always wishing the best for you!!!
I LOVE ❤️ looking at the Real Estate in your videos! The village you live in seems so beautiful and quaint…the church bells ringing is so incredible too! See you NEXT Sunday and hope you have a Beautiful week! Ciao…Sherry 🥰

The best part is you will be our neighbor. You don’t know how long I have been praying to have enough money to buy one of these houses. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I’ve learned from Luce: Bambola, gato, bambino. Can Luce teach 1 word per episode please? 🇩🇪🇮🇹
That, is a Brilliant Idea! 😃
OMGosh! I love this!
Today she said Buona Sera. ❤
Amazing idea!! ❤

Sounds great!
Sounds great. We are heading to Spain in a few months hoping to retired there too. Which area are you in?
Sounds wonderful, but I would miss my children and grandchildren too much to move across the sea.
Was looking at Norther Spain. Do you know of anything?
@@mzgritotally agree. Can’t leave because of the kids and grandkids.
Wouldn't that be fun? To have Luce come and visit each day and to have a bunch of kitties....Can't think of anything better! ❤❤❤

@@l.m.4014 No children or grandchildren, but I have kitties! Luce would love them.
Oh that would be great and maybe call Sara and Lucca over for coffee or pizza.
@@ber9313 Yes, I learned how to make a good pizza during the lockdown in 2020. Luca would be very happy with it.
Love the picture of Padre Pio in nearly all the houses you’ve shown
Tours of these ancient homes are fascinating! Thank you!
Right? OMG the tiles are worth more than the buildings alone.
I agree ❤
They are lovely to see, but perhaps they could only be a few minutes each episode. I'd rather see your family, your olive grove, your daily activities than the house tours.
So glad people are gradually fill up your village. I hope they continue the Italian customs and friendliness❤❤❤❤❤
Because of you guys that little town is blooming!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Bravo👏👏🤗
The name of the town please
Love seeing Luce…and how she is growing up. Adorable. 🩷
I am in awe of the doll house kitchen. It is hard to imagine someone so little managing the stairs for groceries, etc.
That would definitely be my pantry...I am 5'0 and am wondering how tall Sarah is? I love the other kitchen downstairs, pretty colors ❤

I would love to live where you’re at, and have Luce has a neighbor she would be so much fun. Take care.
