Marco your content and editing is amazing. Must take you a long time to edit and put together these beautiful episodes for us. I spent 2 months in Calabria and Puglia this winter and filmed my trip but your filming is exquisite. Thank you Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Portugal.

Dude, you deserve to have 100K followers on this channel like Lionard Luxury or Romolini or One Take Property Tours. Your presentation style is excellent, your editing is really crisp and your choice of music is stellar. I'm a huge fan here in Canada and wait patiently for your next download. Keep doing this, you rival the best in the business like Enes Yilzmer and your approach with local foods, wines and cheeses make the cultural experience something other presenters do not integrate. Bravissimo!
Yeah your videos embody the food, culture and style of Italy very well. It's almost cliche, touristy that many Americans want or think of as quintessential Italian.
Love Cortona but I choose Lecce and Puglia. It’s warmer in winter, the summer is weeks longer, the stone pietra leccese is gorgeously blond and pale, the beaches are nearer and are on both sides and stunning, there are fewer foreign tourists, it’s more traditional, I prefer the food, the seafood is incredible, and it’s waaaay waaaay less expensive. Tuscany has a more gorgeous landscape and it’s got Florence, but nowadays that’s become a tourist trap like Venice. If one is buying, Puglia also offers tax breaks and far more affordable property.
@@marsen9335 indeed, Tuscany and nothern Italy offers better services and health assistance. In fact, southern Italians themselves go to hospitals in Tuscany and northern Italy for treatment.
I love him. He's talented for sure and seems very kind. His videos are tastefully done and I always enjoy them. Feels almost like a short holiday in Italy. Could you show the view from the windows next time, please? Would be cool to see the view.
I like the Puglia area and the architecture you normally show, but that last place was probably my favorite you shared with us. It’s very special. You are a gifted filmographer so you made it even more so!
Once again, a wonderful and relaxing tour, lovely views, intriguing homes, marvelous food and an informative and gracious host. Thank you for sharing your experience with us all. I look forward to the next adventure.
as usual Marco, your video is amazing!! Cortona is a gorgeous town and you showcased it perfectly! Im in South Florida, my family is from Palermo, my heart in in Tuscany and my target home is in Puglia so I always impatiently wait your next video!!
Just found you…love your channel. My wife of Italian descent first met and lived in Verona, Italy many years ago. Over the years we have returned many times and always feel like we are returning home. My wife and our children recently applied for Italian citizenship which is forthcoming. Unfortunately, that doesn’t include me😊.
"Marco-angelo", I always look forward to your next video and have yet to be disappointed. Your love of the country and your skills both in front of as well as behind the camera showcase the best of Italy. The sights and sounds of Italy come through loud and clear. And I dare say I could almost smell the aroma from the pici all'aglliata as you captured the steam rising from the plate in your shot. OMG, those lamb chops looked incredible as well. Thanks for branching out and giving us a flavor of the Tuscan architecture. It is so different from the star vaulted ceilings common to Puglia and at the same time uniquely Italian. Both homes were incredible, but I particularly liked the first house and it's price point. I just received notification from the Italian Consulate in San Francisco that my Italian Citizenship through jure sanguinis has been recognized. This was a major hurdle in planning my potential move to Italy. Until then, I look forward to enjoying more of your incredible videos. I appreciate the hours of work you put into each of your videos for all of us to enjoy!
Grazie come sempre! It's a huge satisfaction knowing my love for Italy is being so well received by others. All the work put in is worth it for that alone. A huge congratulations on the recognition of your Italian citizenship. That's fantastic!
I'm always very happy to see a new video from you - I especially appreciate your camera and editing craft. Also nice to see you in a new area - though I've been very glad of your Puglia videos. It is because of them that we took a trip to Puglia a couple of months ago, and visited towns featured in your work that we'd probably not have visited otherwise - Galatina (which I loved), Nardo etc. I don't know whether you ever get to Sicily, but I'd love it if you were to feature some properties on that wonderful, crazy island.
Beautiful homes and great job on the "Goodbye North America" video! I actually watched that right before this video and immediately recognized your voice, was wondering if it was you. Best wishes from Arizona!
I'm so over that area of Italy - lived 3 years in Perugia. There is a heaviness to those chestnut beams. I prefer the sweeping high ceilings and light stone of Puglia and Basilicata!
Thank you for showing us all this beautiful places! I would love to see a Tuscan countryside house, it’s my dream property and I think it’s also the italian dream 🥰🏡
Two really charming properties. The floor tiles in the second one are crazy great! Thank you for the touch of Tuscan food and culture and architecture. Made your video really special.
Lovely, as always Marco. But... All are must reads for ANYONE dreaming of moving to Italy :: * Under the Tuscan Sun: At Home in Italy * Bella Tuscany * Every Day in Tuscany
How funny is the fact that, just by chance, I came across this video about Cortona, my birthplace many years ago. To be completely honest, I am not too crazy about all of this notoriety because it has pushed the cost of real estate to almost non affordable levels for the locals. I am very nostalgic about the old days without the hordes of tourists pouring in from every angle of the planet and when all you heard was Italian with that beautiful Tuscan accent. Sorry folks, but, as a native of Cortona, that's the way I feel, and I stick to it.
Great video Marco! Good to see you branching out into new regions! You lose alittle weight or new hair cut, you look slightly different for some reason. Keep them coming bro! Cheers Kirk
Lovely homes which you do a fantastic job of showcasing. Question: Where is the refrigerator in the 2nd apartment? And what is the asking price for the apartment?
The 2nd dream house really deserves it's name. It has that wabi sabi harmonious element nd lot of scope. Absolutely stunning nd my kind.Plz mention the price plz ,my arch rivals will soon cum to u with negative stuff bcoz of jealousy. They will infact offer whooping prices.i want this home.Dnt sell it to anyone else.

Hey Marco! My wife and I have been subscribers since your first video. Love the channel! Just curious what camera and microphone setup you are using? Thanks!
Did you tell us how old these two properties are? They are nice and clean, but to be honest, they look like my grandmother's apartment back in the 1940's. Needs serious decorations to cover the old stark look.
Also, thank you for going to Tuscany my favorite place. I’ve been wanting to see you go there and once again I have to comment that you must have at least three stomachs.😂😂
