I would use the second living room as a hobby room and I really love the shelving instead of a breakfast bar, the kitchen is beautiful and I think this house style needs to be added to my favourites.
Why build a garage and put in a garage door, then block access to it so you can't get your car in there? Redrow seems to do that a lot. You shouldn't have to ask them not to put a garden and fence in front of the garage...they should just not do that!
Haha, such a good question! The secret is that the planting is done to create a stunning landscape for the show home, but when the show home itself is sold, the landscaping is redone. the planting will be removed and the driveway will be added to allow cars to be parked in front of the home ;)
