    *NOTE* This property does have a utility/laundry room just off the kitchen. We unfortunately forgot to show inside as we had already viewed the same housetype on a different development that same day! Think we may have had property de ja vu! Here is the link to the other vlog showing the utility. They are identical except cupboard door choices. th-cam.com/video/XfRhk-sAG_M/w-d-xo.html

    Great video! Enjoyed it! Covered all the important aspects of the property.
    Kitchen seemed a strange choice / style for a show home not as much wow factor for me and seemed a little poorer quality than others you've shown.
    Bathrooms for each room sounds like lots of cleaning but could see how it would work for a family with say teens. Keep the videos coming! Thanks 👍

    Every bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom is wonderful -- no need for a family bathroom and eliminates the source of a lot of family arguments! :-)

    whenever you guys do these tours and theres a big bay window I just imagine the huge Christmas tree I could put there lol! It would be spectacular in this house especially with such a gorgeous kitchen! I definitely wouldn't miss a family bathroom - the master would just have all my stuff in it and the kids stuff would be in a separate bathroom so it would make relaxing so much easier! x

    One of your videos popped up on my TH-cam a few weeks back. As a result, we’re now actively looking to move into a Redrow home. Visited a few developments last week and the Leamington Lifestyle is certainly our favourite. Unfortunately, they appear to be quite rare at the moment.

    You really need to approach Redrow about sponsoring some of your videos. I think they owe you sponsorship. You would be a great spokesperson for them. I tried to find a way to get in touch with them but their contact us section is for customers. That is a small fridge for a family home. That would almost be considered a mini fridge in the US. Was there a down stairs bathroom/loo for guests?

    gorgeous house!!! i love the floor plan, the high ceilings, the large, more square-ish rooms. i love the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite. i wouldn't miss having a "family" bathroom at all. i love the more subdued decor with the wood-like kitchen cupboards. beautiful well-thought-out kitchen. thank you both for showing this lovely home!

    We missed the laundry room, at first I thought maybe the dishwasher was in there, like a butlers pantry...but I see they marked it in the cupboard just before the kitchen sink. We do not have a family bath. Our guest bath off the living area has a shower and each bedroom has a full bath. We do not need a family bathroom. Thanks for the lovely tour.

    • @ElliotNMatt

      Yes there is a separate utility. Same as in the other Leamington Lifestyle vlog.

  • @juliemiller2760
    @juliemiller2760 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    it's a good idea to make the front of the fridge/freezer match the other cupboards. where i live, the fridge is just plopped into the room as a totally separate appliance. it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the room. (i live in the southeastern US.)

  • @purplepassionfreedom1352
    @purplepassionfreedom1352 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I think the multi-ensuite idea is great if your children are past the age of needing to be bathed. I think it would drive me insane having soggy kids and their towels/clothes trailing through my lovely bedroom!

    Lovely property, but I wonder why they put the fridge freezer next to the ovens? Wouldn't it make sense to position them away from each other...or maybe they have some kind of insulation between them. Just a thought 🤔

    • @Lisasoul-yv1cs

    I don't like the idea of having an en-suite in every room and no family bathroom due to the fact that if you convert one of the bedrooms to an office or gym for example, you really don't need an additional bathroom just for that.

    • @streaky81
      @streaky81 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, because it's terrible having a sink and a toilet on your office. Only extra is the shower, but no harm. If you did the gym thing even better.

    • @brickzandstickz2749
      @brickzandstickz2749 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@streaky81 why would you possibly need an additional shower, toilet, and sink purely just for the home office?
      If you needed to take a shower, couldn’t you walk 10 steps to the master bedroom en-suite?
      I’d rather have a large office
