It looks stunning from the outside, really traditional style with all the modern features. If only l had won the European lottery on Friday, l would buy two, so you could move in next door guys. 😍
This is definitely 💯 my dream house till date. Best family home I've seen in terms of practicality, space and luxury. It works 5 stars. Love everything about the downstairs- EVERYTHING!
@@toriladybird511 i don't think it matters. Tower bridge is a medieval fake with a steel frame, the british museum has a fake Greek/Roman temple facade, Bristol town hall is fake Georgian, Chester is full of fake ''mock Tudor ''buildings, and so on. This style of design when new in the 1920s, even had fake Tudor timbre frames. As long as it's done with conviction, it's ok.
It's quite specially shite, it's identical to a 60s house but will be knocked down before a 60s house. You can tell, the brickwork pointing is shit, upvc door squeeks.
Oooooh hi Elliott and Matt, im a widow, hetro living in Byron Bay NSW Australia 🇦🇺, got a beach ⛱️ house in gated community with 2 pools and free tennis court, 🎾, you're amusing guys showing nice homes, I've dozens of relatives in Liverpool, keep up the good work and "Oooohs and Aaaaahs" cheers 🍻 😂❤
Hello lovely people, Oh yes, you are a very funny couple and i love your voice when you show us the houses.😃🤣👍👍👍🥰🥰 I love you. Greetings and love from germany ❤❤
What did poor Maureen ever do to you guys? 😆😆😆. Anyway, I love watching your house viewing videos, you go into all the ‘nooks and crannies’ and make us feel as though we were there ourselves. And great sense of humour, I’m always entertained. Thanks guys!
This one is my favorite to date. it's absolutely beautiful! One idea you could do if you did not need bedrooms 3 & 4 would be to convert them into one large theater room. I could move in tomorrow! Thanks for the tour - you both do a fabulous job!
Lovely home. I thought you were going to say the downstairs loo could accommodate a downstairs shower and the smaller reception room could become a bedroom. What a good idea to allow space for a lift. Where would it arrive upstairs? There would then need to be a guest loo elsewhere surely? Lots of very good ideas but I don't like the idea of the extractor fan there. I'm looking forward to seeing the ideas you take into your home:-)
Very nice for a modern build in traditional styling. I think it lacks a bit of storage and a dedicated office but accept that can be changed, you’re both lovely and natural at presenting, with good insights into its uses. The lift and future proofing is a great idea, we ve done similar with our new build plans…I might email you when we finish£ building at the end of the year , if you’re interested.
Thanks Elliot and Matt for sharing this lovely property. My partner and I are considering to move to UK and looking around for a nice house in future. Location, good neighbourhood and quality furnishing are some of the most important factors to us. Keep it up, guys! 😉👍🤟
FOR ME PERSONALLY if I owned that house I would have the dining area where the TV and couches were and have the TV and couches were the dining area was idk why but I'm not keen on the idea of the living room sharing the same room as the kitchen (if that makes sense) but I can see why others would like it and I respect it
Lovely house and the bootroom is definitely the best place for a good gossip. I would change the family bathroom narrow it down and reclaim some of the space in bedroom five, get rid of the shower, shove the bath up and put the sink at the end next to the window, probably reclaim an extra 40-50cm of depth to bedroom 5. But it is a lovely home
Lovely house, great floor plan. I’d make a few alterations to the kitchen but that’s just personal preference. I’d also want built in robes in all bedrooms and I’d happily lose the second en suite in favour of a walk in cupboard.
Love this house , I have passed this development a few times when I'm over in Liverpool from the Wirral ... Thank you for showing this, as I've been dying to know what they looked like inside .. I also love the boot room ... Could you think about viewing Bellway homes on the old Cadbury's site Moreton on the Wirral by Moreton shore xx
That's a good place - plenty of space, well laid out, no gimmicks. For what it is a reasonable price. And Liverpool's def on the up. Need a reasonable size family not to waste it though.
@@williambuchanan8607 I'm sure Fat Joe Anderson made a nice packet from selling off our parks, just like Derek Hatton selling off the schools for new builds in the 80's.
Love the house! It’s beautiful. But guyyys there was a sign on the bottom of the stairs asking for you to remove your shoes & even a basket of shoe covers. Those poor cream carpets 😉
That big house and no pantry, my grandmas 1950s council house had a pantry, and a wood working room. At least that utility could have been split into one.
Personally would like a bigger kitchen and the TV area moved into one of the reception rooms and have a bigger table in the kitchen. Not bad though for a new build.
Very high spec house, but only UFH downstairs, bit weird. I thought you would have commented on the tapless bath, nice touch. It means you set the bath temperature before you fill it!
My husband and I are currently looking at buying this house over in Nottinghamshire and really enjoyed your video. However you were right the first time, it’s pronounced Boch not Bosch 😀
Great design, layout of the house, many miss many things. This has space yet still has private spaces. Great size garden not too small like many new builds, not oversized to look after. Those may be ovens and a microwave.
if I'd ever been in the market for a new build this would be it. Before I moved to this bungalow I lived in a semi-detached 1930s art deco house with quite a few original features. The front porch was just like this one but with a real mahogany door... The living room went the length of the house with a bay window at the front and french windows plus windows beside them at the back. I loved the idea of converting the downstairs toilet to a lift shaft but then where's your downstairs toilet in an emergency? The kitchen - too many ovens (I rarely use the one I have) and I drink maybe a bottle and a half of wine a year so a wine chiller is not needed. Loved the full size fridge and freezer. I may be living alone but both are needed. Also, overhead presses in the kitchen are a problem. I'm losing so much height I'm now having difficulty reaching the middle shelf in my presses. What I'd like to see is lots of pan drawers deep enough to hold small electric appliances and mountains of teatowels. Pullout storage is useful too as one ages. The bits I loved - the boot room - how POSH is that??? Plus all the storage in there. The nook on the landing - space for a chair, small bookcase and binoculars for keeping an eye on Maureen. The fantastic master bedroom and the even more fabulous en suite. Yes, the cat and I could live there quite happily with plenty of space for live in staff...
@@ElliotNMatt something I thought of last night. Instead of standard aluminum venetian blinds posh Hilary's wooden slatted could be offered as an upgrade. Maybe worth suggesting it? I upgraded to the Hilary white wood slats and they're so much better.

Not a fan of new builds, but this house is quite special
Its a rip off of an old style..
I see a lot of them in the Portsmouth /Cosham Hampshire area. Good knock off

I agree - Boot Room!!! Yes! Absolutely fabulous (!) home. Beautifully appointed and very elegant. I love it.

Absolutely stunning house love all rooms, kitche/living room my favourite
My favorite by far, so far!
Beautiful house think the front door needs to be a bit more of a statement. Getting a few little ideas for my home . Xx
These guys have really done a good tour, every detail and presented well 👍🏾
Definitely turning the front dinning room into study/home office
Or a mini gym?
