Beautiful house & kitchen. Don't think a 3 drawer freezer is enough space for a property this size & price tho.
Agree. So many of the new builds always build in tiny freezer space. However, if there is enough space in the utility room, one could always get a little chest freezer😃

Lovely house and great tour. It would’ve been nice considering how big the house is if it had included a double fridge freezer as there was definitely space for one.
This house is stunning and you guys did such a fantastic job with the presentation!! I think the highlight is the downstairs especially the open plan kitchen/dining area.

Love your content and in particular stating the price at the outset. Got to say the only thing I hate is the Americanism "entryway". Hallway please. You cover aspects of properties which other house tour videos do not cover and you have a relaxing voice which is very easy to listen to.

Lovely houses however as someone who works in the construction trade privately these houses are thrown up without care and majority experience problems within a year one example we had to go do a slabbing job on a new build noticed the turf dieng in the back when we started digging we didn’t make it an inch without finishing building waste and worst of all screws sticking upwards so imagine your pet yourself or child walk across this brand new turf and end up with a screw in the foot it’s ashame the care and attention isn’t 100 percent there as like I said the houses are stunning
Some valid points there Adam. We tend to think the problem isn't with the new homes, it's to do with the construction monitoring procedures and regulations that are easily bluffed. If you can get away with cutting corners, generally people will. We always recommend that people viewing a new build show home should also take some time to walk around the larger site, and even better would be to request to view a completed plot. That way you have a better chance of seeing what the standard is. Little things like a sloppy site, confusion between trades, pollution give you a clue as to whether the 'house builder' takes pride in their work or not. Maybe we should do a video on this one day ;)

I saw this property in the pandemic. Its lovely downstairs bit felt tiny upstairs.
How so, what did you think made it feel small upstairs :)
the bedrooms had very little storage and the double bedrooms you couldn't really walk around the bed. whilst the downstairs was great you cant really have a big family in there upstairs

Alas, this house has an isolated living room when it would be so logical to have a door into the dining room! If you want isolation, there's the snug right across the hall. I'm not fond of a cooktop in the middle of the kitchen, with the big extractor that dominates the room. Upstairs, the rooms are a decent size, and the secondary bedroom having an ensuite is a bonus. We got just a quick glimpse of the back garden.

what's the price?
I love this house. But I have an issue with how the homes and apartments in the UK are designed. My issue is that they don't have refrigerators and if they do it's a small half fridge or if it's a full fridge like in this video it's very small. I was beginning to become disappointed with this house because I saw everything and I was like where is the fridge??? Sigh

Beautiful....but, someone needs to oil hinges on squeaky front door. Not a very welcoming sound. And house calls for a fireplace or 2. Beautiful design and workmanship on vinyl floor. That's a lot of ovens. That kitchen sink is too small. Would prefer a larger kitchen island. Fridg is way too small. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and pink room a little small. Don't like those 2 hanging Edison bulbs in 4, remind me of something.....other than that, it's perfect!!

Lovely house, but I found you spoke far too much on the floor, you mentioned it so many times. Also you open up the cupboard in the kitchen but you never show the size on camera, you open almost all the cupboards but never show the inside.
