A big pot of rice, and in a cast iron skillet, corn bread, also sweet potatoes, all from scratch. The memories flooded back of the food, and my mom, who passed in 2003. Then came the tears! "What a lovely, thoughtful comment."😊

I'm just here for the comments.
To all you people telling her what to do. I’m sure she knows the health factors. She’s in it for easy, fast recipes, mostly one pan or dish. If you feel something should be changed bc you think it will be better, go ahead and change it for your liking. Stop telling her how to make things, it’s her show, not yours. Apparently you were never told if you can’t say something nice, say nothing
It's a comment section. A comment will help more than harm. TH-cam looks at EVERYTHING & will pull down real negativity before we can blink our eyes. No comment is what hurts. As long as they keep politics out, I believe, it's fine
@@Seeing-BeingI agree. Just helpful hints/comments

I was cured of a liver tumor April this year from simply praying, walking, eating fresh fruits & veggies. If someone has another way to enjoy themselves, I'm not mad at them. Tumors hurt & cancer sucks for me. Enjoy life & take care 🙂

Channel owners can delete negative comments themselves and also ban the authors if they choose. It happened recently on a channel featuring children, believe it or not. The parent had to start approving every comment.
The fact that it doesn’t happen here IMO means the owner knows very well what some TH-camrs are like. 😊

Agreed! I like some canned veggies but not green beans.
