    Great video, I heard a story about a young man who wrecked on his quad, and suffered serious leg damage... After his father researched what to do, eaching a cucumber a day for 90 days, repaired the damaged to the nerves, and regained the use of his leg 100 percent.. also don't forget to thank God for providing these wonderful yummy food s for us too..amen

    I knew I wasn't crazy when I thought cucumber and watermelon taste very similar; one doesn't have seeds, and is not as sweet as the other but both are beneficial!

      Both have seeds but cucumber have very thin seeds and very easy to chew which almost make you feel as if it's a part of the cucumber unlike watermelon

    Confirmed ! I had been eating one a day for years. (With peel) saw all of these benefits. I moved to a new location and changed my diet. I saw the results over a period of time (couple months) and know that I had to get back to my routine. This is the wakeup call i needed ! As they say.....

    l do not miss a blend of cucumber juice everyday. l am 55 and no grey hair yet. l often have to show my DL to confirm my age. My breath and teeth are parts of my attraction.     I love cucumbers and I have checked the water content of the cucumber. Its higher than watermelon water content of 92% water. I usually don't l peel cucumbers. I have checked out other water content in other kinds of food too. I love finding out water content in foods. I use a water app. to help me remember to drink water... So true about reducing puffiness of the eyes.

    i think we will serve cucumber salad or cucumber sushi rolls at our wedding reception. They are one of my favorites, yummmie.

    it makes hangovers less severe? Awesome, I will be selling cucumbers to college students on the weekends. Moreover, I finally found a perfect gifts for my coworkers. At least 3 of my coworkers will be getting cucumbers for Christmas. Hopefully, my coworkers don't see this video before December 26. Thank you for the video.

    I actually did this last summer for about 2 months. I didn't notice any dramatic changes. I sure didn't lose any weight.
