it just doesn't work, I check regedit again (yes, always as an admin) and in the part of "Install language" it just goes back to the old code before I changed it, I click on OK and always make sure it stays that way, but for some reason it just goes back to the old code when I restart it... I had the same issue, everything was in chinese and every time I restarted it went back to chinese. I solved it by reseting the pc through windows. And not only it wasn't in chinese after that, but it was in spanish as I intended.

I did it! I returned back into the configuration i had and i preferred to leave it as it is. If you want to try this method, i warn you to be careful :(

Well I change it but after restarting it was set back again to spanish (I am trying putting it in English) But I am pretty happy because now chat bing answer me in English.
