So, I worked toward and got every single combat sword rogue pre-raid BIS item.
After that, I realized that I'm just not that interested in raiding this time around and only want to do end-game dungeons, maxing reputations, etc., so, I began collecting my Shadowcraft set, and now have all eight pieces with all pieces enchanted.
My weapons are Krol Blade and Mirah's Song with the Crusader enchant on both.
With Mongoose and agility elixirs, I absolutely destroy and pillage in level 60 dungeons. I love it!
Btw, your content is good. You don't need the annoying music in the background that just makes it hard to concentrate on what you're saying.
Update 4-30-20: Just a quick update. I had Krol Blade and Mirah’s Song, but recently decided to go ahead and try for the Dal’Rend swords in UBRS. On my second UBRS run with my new guild, ***both*** swords dropped. I’m still having a hard time believing it. I had to kill Angerforge 48 times before the Hand of Justice even dropped, yet Rend dropped both swords at the same time for me, and I got them both. That’s RNG for you. 🤯

I'm new to wow and I'm still trynna figure gear out. I've basically just been using w.e irl buddy says is best. Tyvm for the sim link, def checking that out. I'd love to see a true bis version of this for p4 and p5 + alternatives. Thanks!

Thanks for the awesome vid. I was looking for a good rogue pre-bis guide that didn't just show me the best pieces but a good alternative. Also appreciated how you showed the dps amounts as well. Got a like and a sub outta me.

shadowcraft set is the best in slot i think
Its definitely really good
The 6 set is what makes it good, the issue with having shadowcraft set on as BiS is that it's impossible to break up when you start to get individual upgrades.

If you have 9% hit. Use 6 piece shadowcraft set to get energy proc. It’s better than anything you can get. Arguably better than T1.
How can you get 9%hit preraid in 6piece?

Cool video mate I just rolled rogue I am currently like 52 and trying to get gear for raids it's my alt for zg really but I have a question. The sword from angerforge that has a chance to give attack power I know it's nothing amazing but the prock is up like all the time I am using that right now and it's actually amazing 😂 and looking at the dmg it's not far off the krol and for the price of krol and it will be replaced soon ish I think it's not worth paying that much gold for a krol

did you try 6 piece shadowcraft 2 piece devilsaur?Its insane the dmg you could pull off with it ,I used it for fun in a mc run a few weeks back and I was shredding it procs super often
I have actually, and the dps result suffered. I tried many different combinations, but the Cadaverous and the Bracers of the Eclipse are just too strong.
@@GlazedTV okok nice ,Yeah maybe I was getting lucky in those small encounters procs ,Bf+snd+flurry juju +daggers Probably influenced it lol
6 piece shadowcraft is actually BiS until you get about 2 nightslayer pieces with the pre-BiS mentioned in the video -- you get really insane energy return which is great for daggers
I tried 6p shadowcraft with sword spec. Lost dps.
Don't know with daggers.

I use quite a few addons. The ui is primarily Leatrix plus and Lorti UI

Naw. This was all pre Molten Core stuff. I'm sure there are many different options from AQ, ZG, and quests related to them. Tier 0.5 is also extremely strong, arguably stronger than Tier 2, which is what I was using for a while when AQ40 came out. Good luck!

Glazed. So you're saying lobotomizer and distracting dagger are pre raid bis for dagger spec? What about scarlet Kris and the barman shank?
Scarlet Kris is a great offhand dagger. I used it for PvP for a while. Distracting dagger is quite a bit faster, and it gives +dagger skill which is quite important.
Barman Shanker is a good alternative, but it has a bleed effect, which isn't that great. It does high top-end damage due to it's slow speed, but there are several options that are better. Lobotomizer is the best realistic option to get for your main hand. Felstriker in the mainhand would be better than a Lobo, but it's hard to get. Bonescraper is a great offhand option as well. It really depends on your gear, because you want to have at least 308 dagger skill I believe. There are the core leather gloves from MC, and a belt from DM north that give + dagger skill, which is okay but the distracting dagger seems to be a better fit since you can get good stats on a belt > the + dagger skill belt.
Ultimately, the best Pre-Bis daggers is Felstriker / Felstriker > Lobo / Distracting Dagger

I keep hearing about this and I was wondering if it's actually legit. Like if you have windfury totem up, sword spec, and hoj, do I just wait for my weapon swing timer to finish and then SS?
@@somato2688 Honestly, I do sometimes, but with my current ping, I tend to be lazy with it. It is viable though. If you really want to min/max and do as much DPS as possible, then you should try it. A lot of boss fights require movement and swapping targets, so it's really up to what you're comfortable with.
