I also have the same problem as well, even reconnecting the USB port sometimes wouldn't work and you would have to keep trying. Please provide an update once you get one.

having this SAME issue, I just sent the keyboard back to corsair for a replacement today. Have you figured out a fix? Also, if you returned it, did you buy another corsair keyboard and not run into this same issue?

I dont know it if was my system, or I got a defective keyboard. Corsair RMA'd my original keyboard and I reinstalled Windows from scratch. The problem is now fixed. What i recommend is reinstalling Windows.

Hey so I was doing some more research, thought I might as well touch base seeing as there is hardly any information about this issue. Someone said that using a powered USB hub fixed this issue for him. He said that the keyboard asks for more power than the motherboard can actually deliver through a USB port. It makes sense to be honest. So I did some more research and forums said that this issue is linked to a bunch of USB powered computer products that need more power than the motherboard can supply. Thought I’d let you know if you ever run into this issue again! Keeping my fingers crossed that my new keyboard being sent in from Corsair actually works!

@@GreanHandMonths later and my keyboard still has this issue, at random times. I can't RMA since I don't have the receipt for it anymore. I've updated both the keyboard's firmware and iCue to latest versions, still happens when playing games.
I'll see if using a powered hub will do anything once I get one.

GMChay make sure that the USB hub is powered by an A/C Adapter, otherwise the hub will still be getting power from just the computer. Let me know if this remedies your issue!

Sadly no, they still have not responded to my support ticket. I might and this, may or may not work, go ahead and install Windows 10 again fresh.
