Hey Terence! Your biggest fan is here! Apologies on the delay post, but yesterday I had errands to run and was too tired to watch anything upon my return. Normally, I'd shy away from this style. It says "old money" in many ways that seems heavy. However, there were so many bright spots that the mood of the home lifted a bit. For example, the upstairs is definitely a young person's paradise. Those kids are so lucky to have their rooms reflect their interest. Good job, Parents (or Nanny). Loved the floors, not in love with the paint although I get the aesthetic they were going for as an older stately home. I would not turn down a chance to live there at all. Although I'd hire a full staff to serve me because it truly felt very estate like. Thye kept the theme throughout the house, and then went classier modern in the basement. I'm not a drinker, but many of my friends would gravitate and become bar flies really quick in the speakeasy. I'd have every TV tuned to football (College mostly, and then NFL) during bowl time. Absolute heaven! That screened in deck would have me lounging "bug free" while my kitchen staff prepared wonderfully smoked meats for me and the country club set to eat. Yes, I could easily slip into a life of luxury. I wonder if the owners are open to making new friends from the middle class living in the Midwest. Ah, the possibilities of the richly rich life. Hi Ronald, this one is $3.75M (my guess is there's room to negotiate there) and it's northwest of Atlanta in Acworth GA. If you'd like more info, call/text me at 678-785-5275. Happy to assist.
Reminded me a bit of Phaedra Parks (ATL Housewives) house, that tour let me know I liked French chateau style. The fixtures here are nice, I don't like the foyer, not feng shui, but its a blank slate to really put ones custom desires into.
Community has a pool and a splash pad about 2-3 average blocks away. Don't need a pool when your community HOA fees are paying for a massive one closer to you than your backyard. 🤷🏿♂️

Awesome! I'm curious what you thought the price was?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours I belive strongly that this home could easily go for 4,5 or even 5
Very nice! Time will tell, I can't wait to see what they get for it. I'd love to help someone negotiate a great deal on this home.
I would have liked to have seen the backyard also the side yards one other thing in a home like this your very own private pool is a must
I was hoping to show the back inside, but the storm was really bad and left debris everywhere.
This house is perfect!
Awesome Monica, what did you like best about it?
You definitely can't go wrong with Dots pretzels as a snack. Great snack choice in the pantry closet.
I didn't even notice... Now I'm going to rewatch my own video to check that out 😂
Absolutely fire
What did you love best?
Absolutely Gorgeous home! ❤
What did you love best about this one Shawna?
amazing basement and the whole house in general
Awesome!
Beautiful home. Not a bad price either all things considered.
That home in Chastain Park would be double easily.
The entry is majestic 😮😮😮
It felt palatial-like!
Basement is my favorite area of the house. It’s a great selling point. What is the asking price of the house and location?
Hi Ronald, this one is $3.75M (my guess is there's room to negotiate there) and it's northwest of Atlanta in Acworth GA. If you'd like more info, call/text me at 678-785-5275. Happy to assist.
The master was lackluster. For such a beautiful home that was the only room that needs work. Still I give it A+
I can appreciate that, especially given the minimal furnishings in the room.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours it’s still a very functionally beautiful home. If I must say
100%
Beautiful House and Basement
What did you love best about the basement Tammy?
I would turn bedroom 6 into a home gym
That would be a great spot for one too
That's a really nice home
Thanks! What did you like best about it?
Gorgeous
What did you like best about this one Thomas?
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰
What did you like best about this one?
Hey bro who ever owns this house gots some class fr very nice!
I wish I owned it, but I don't!
Stunning, don't need a pool.😊
What did you like best about it?
Ur doing a great job, u r very thorough
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I hope to read your thoughts on future videos!
Beautiful home. How busy is that ballfield directly across the street?
Not very. I've been in Governors a ton (see all my videos lol) and I've yet to see anyone use the field.
31:54 👀…you’re building it up, let’s hope it doesn’t disappoint 😊.
Haha, but was it worth the wait? :)
Reminded me a bit of Phaedra Parks (ATL Housewives) house, that tour let me know I liked French chateau style. The fixtures here are nice, I don't like the foyer, not feng shui, but its a blank slate to really put ones custom desires into.
I'll have to see if I can find that tour and watch it!
I Love the Mansion and location, but definitely going need a pool
Pool would be the 🍒 on top
Community has a pool and a splash pad about 2-3 average blocks away. Don't need a pool when your community HOA fees are paying for a massive one closer to you than your backyard. 🤷🏿♂️
@@keridiausjones7213
Well I rather have my own pool without the participation in the H.O.A, Plus No fees ✌
The basement is my favorite
It's a beast! What do you love best about the basement?
I love this house 🏠 ❤
