Thanks for the tour. Despite all the amenities and high-end finishes, the house feels oddly corporate and impersonal. It must feel empty and soulless unless there are dozens of people partying nonstop.
The place is great, lots of awesome amenities, but yes, the style comes across very conservative but add a go cart racing track and a basketball court and it just might make up for it, lol. Oh, don't forget a firing range. and an outdoor firepit, come on every cool place has one.
I want them to hire a gardener so bad, that is so much acreage of just mowed grass. The rain garden they could have! The pollinators they could attract! I am begging them to plant something 😅

This resort is very much like a leisure farm, and its biggest feature is its large space! I like its indoor swimming pool and gym, it feels very professional! I also like the secret door, it feels very interesting! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍🤩👏

I plan to retire at 62 in another country outside the US that is free, safe and very cheap with a high quality of life. I could fully just rely on only my SS if I wanted to when that times arrives but I'll also have at least one pension, a 403 (b) and a very prolific lnvestment account with my Abby Joseph Cohen my FA. Retiring comfortably in the US these days is almost impossible. I honestly don't understand why people don't move to another country when they get older in retirement. It seems everybody has excuses for almost anything to not take action to better their situation.

If I bought this house the first thing I would do is give those walls some color and character to the rooms. The designer was blind or really pissed off that day.
I’d move the indoor pool to where that kitchen is and vice versa, make it an open living room/kitchen. That’d also just tie in with the whole gathering vibe of the center of the house.

Bill Govel a big realtor from Bellevile NJ built this in the 80's. It was not impressive then either. Almost all the contractors had to take him to court for not paying.
