Ga kills me so far behind nothing about this house is modern. 2 million dollars no theater room. Not one water closet in the entire house. No home at this price point or modern home has toilet and shower beside each other almost touching. The water lines for toilet shouldn't be visible nor have regular basic toilets. No automatic or self cleaning toilets. No mid 2000 homes have vanities should have floating vanities with custom fixtures not home depot fixtures. Some of the light fixtures are nice but giving IKEA. No high end appliances. The builders are stuck in the past No creativity stuck in old ways of building homes or way homes used to be built. Outlets and light covers should be flush or hidden. Or at least pop-up. No hidden hinges on the door. I was surprised it had the pivot door that's a plus. Overall good home but wouldn't call ultra modern or luxury. Very basic at the price point. But this is Ga what can you expect

This house is stunning. I love all the details and although I am not a Bar in the basement type of person I really liked the layout, sans of course that stanchion.

Love the house it has a very Classy Classical Style to it. The only drawback for me is the majority of the homes I view in the Atlanta area is the backyards are almost always never fenced off. I have dogs and that is something that is important to me off the top.

This home is so beautiful and has so much character in all corners of every room. For anyone to say that it’s outdated is completely incorrect. It’s classic and timeless and can’t be outdated . Just saw this home on zillow and thought it was a very unique design, but your video made it EVEN BETTER! I really like the doors just like you and other fixtures that most homes don't have. are the walls of the home soundproof? My question always when looking at new homes in GA is....why don't the builders install window screens because why would anyone living in GA want to open up their windows without screens? TOO MANY BUGS IN GA!

Very nice house! Love all of the details and even though it is really quiet inside, the outside is quite noisy. It is unfortunate but if there are sound deadening walls built towards the back maybe that would help.

Beautiful house, but for almost a million dollars, why would anyone want a 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms ? (2) wire rack is a no ! To pay extra for custom is crazy since the house is already almost a million. (3) The main is to small (4) the noise, would drive me crazy .

When you came out to the backyard, I had to reduce my volume because of that noise. It's really noisy. As far as the house goes, I really like those doors. Very well done. I also appreciate the wood detailing on the kitchen cabinets.

Anyway, I sold my house for a cool even million in San Diego a few years back, good timing, fires and all but that’s more north, but it’s ok. ✅👍🏻

The house is beautiful the noise would be manageable and your commute would be easy. I would worry about wrecks along the highway though.😅😢

This home is phenomenal. I love how the large picturesque windows frame the outdoors. I love that they didn’t skimp in the prep kitchen; the cabinetry is just as nice and quality appliances. Really great space for entertaining and family gatherings. It’s contemporary but traditional. Whoever designed it/chose the upgrades made some great design choices. I love how the floorplan is so liveable. Lucky family who gets to live here. ❤

The house itself is quite pretty but living close to a busy road is something you have to think twice.

Dang I really want to like this house. The details and materials are indeed top notch but the primary is small and the road noise is a bit much. I can tell that the home is well insulated but the exterior noise makes it lose major points. Still a great tour, Terence.

Hi Terence! The noise is a deal breaker for me. I'm a light sleeper and even faint noise would keep me awake. Plus, I heard a lot of semi truckers braking. That sound is like fingernails on chalkboard for me. It is a lovely house. Too bad there's no basement, though. I did love all of the hiding places, err storage. You'd never find your quarry playing hide and seek. Love the no step thresholds on the showers. I wish more builders did that, especially for all ground level bedrooms. The US population is aging, and there are fewer people being born. People are staying in place more, too. The doors had me salivating. If those were readily available, they'd make so much more money versus any competition. Yep, love the house. Needs some improvements like custom closet units and benches in the shower. Overall, it's great. I would not like being outside hearing the highway constantly. But as usual, location, location, location! See you next time. 😊

🙃I would pass... 1) The primary bedroom is too small 2) The doors are beautiful; but there's too many (😜🤪😝this is a house of doors) 3) An almost Million dollar home is supposed to be tranquil; 😖that noise would keep me stressed... I would have taken a little space from the master bath to make the closets larger.

I’ve noticed that the houses down there prefer the ‘dirty brick’ look and floor tiles too. I like the shiny, clean pristine white look myself, but tomatoes tomaaaah-toes.

Honestly, the homes built from about 2000 - 2009 were on another level. It was the last time that minimilism wasn't the go to style and when there was some level of grandeur in home building just before the GFC
