So, tension headaches: (TL;DR get a massage from an accredited massage therapist) 1. The kind of headaches I'm talking about are usually felt in the back near the occiput & front high on the forehead or behind the eyes. 2. As I understand tension headaches, they are due to posterior & superiorly placed neck muscles (occiput->spine). The reason you get discomfort in the back of your neck, however, is because of chronic tightness in the front of your neck, helping you keep your chin tucked down. This position, over time, fatigues those previously-mentioned neck muscles which causes the pain. Tightness causes fatigue, fatigue causes pain. 3. It can be fixed longterm with reducing sitting/side sleeping/looking down. Even better, exercise naturally helps, and exercises targeting your rhomboids can help most of your issue. Of course, see a good Massage Therapist for help. Physiotherapists can help too, but most individuals either don't need physiotherapy or will not stick with a specific plan that fixes the pain, from what I've seen. P.S. When you're out of shape and obese, there can be a lot of issues with certain exercises and movements. Better to focus on easier to perform, compound exercises until your strength and conditioning improve and your weight reaches a healthier level, then doing things like this will become much easier to do.

Did calculations on a workout page, 15 mins of continuous kettle bell swings burns 181 cals.. mean while on the same page it calculated 375-500 cals burned per 30 mins on the elliptical, so her argument is flawed and you would risk more injury doing kettle bells swings
It’s not flawed. Please, show your work. 181 cals??? How did you estimate that? Risk of injury being increased is also very arguable depending on an individuals experience. Almost any workout can lead to increased risk of injury at any age.
I did the same math but used my fitbit to track caloric burn during and for 1 hour after just sitting. I can still burn more calories on a hard 15 minute peloton ride than the kettlebells.
I have a bad lumbar injury to my right lumbar. It’s not fixable unless I want surgery. Kettle balls swings are just a life saver for me. lol this dude is a master of disguise
Fantastic work once again 👏 first swings were about as bad as they get minus the head Bob action. Last swings looked perfect as can be 💪
You're not pushing hard enough if a kettle bell swing for 15mins burns more calories than cycling for 1 hour. Try maintaining a threshold power for 1 hour on a bike and tell me its easier than a kettle bell workout.
This is so insightful!!!
even with proper form, kettle bells have always struck me as something everyone will regret in 10 years
Explosive movements are a one way trip to snap city when you are in your 40s like this woman
Can we just appreciate what an absolute unit the first chick was 🙌🏻
Thanks for the great tips/cues!👌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽
Kettlebell swings are elite 💯
When you're out of shape and obese, there can be a lot of issues with certain exercises and movements. Better to focus on easier to perform, compound exercises until your strength and conditioning improve and your weight reaches a healthier level, then doing things like this will become much easier to do.
I disagree the swing is great all rounder for anyone on the spectrum that's trying to improve their overall fitness levels
bruv, her weight is not an issue to perform this exercise. Given how she's training, she's probably fitter than most women
This is just fatphobic. Her weight had nothing to do with kettlebell swings.
Her weight ABSOLUTELY affected this movement. More cardio for the initial progression. Then add those muscle packing exercises
@@PeaceOfMake She is obese, among other things obesity compromises range of motion. Stating the truth isn't fatphobic, but you denying that is factphobic.
That's huge! I'm glad you were able to help her!!!!
You’re worth the training money
God gifted you with talent
This is incredible, thanks!!!
More important than hip mobility is focusing on proper weight and reps when lifting one's dinner fork....
TikTok content is so cringe!
I definitely needed this. Thank you!
Awesome breakdown
Best way my weightroom coach explained it is as if someone one smacks your ass and you move foward with hip motion
what's the first girl channel lol
Same question here 😂
Links are on his tiktok account
Probably has an onlyfans aswell
Great explanation . Thanks
Thanks you, been getting a pain from rdls and not normal deadlifts. Finally I can work on that problem.
Did calculations on a workout page, 15 mins of continuous kettle bell swings burns 181 cals.. mean while on the same page it calculated 375-500 cals burned per 30 mins on the elliptical, so her argument is flawed and you would risk more injury doing kettle bells swings
It depends they pretty close
@@5t2.g No they are not close lmao
It’s not flawed. Please, show your work.
181 cals??? How did you estimate that?
Risk of injury being increased is also very arguable depending on an individuals experience.
Almost any workout can lead to increased risk of injury at any age.
I did the same math but used my fitbit to track caloric burn during and for 1 hour after just sitting. I can still burn more calories on a hard 15 minute peloton ride than the kettlebells.
That opening clip whoa
I have a bad lumbar injury to my right lumbar. It’s not fixable unless I want surgery. Kettle balls swings are just a life saver for me. It makes me train everything and my back is good with it because I’m not engaging it, only my core and legs! You can still do kettle ball swings with muscular injuries!
Parabéns pelos seus ensinamentos 🇧🇷❤
Click bait
The entirety of the internet is clickbait
I like the first girl much better
So does everyone Lol
Holistic bodybuilding f*** yeah!!
This was enjoyable. I learned something and wasn’t distracted by a half naked women. Wishing her the best.
