  • Hey Guys,
welcome to my tutorial for building a DIY bodyshaker for your Sim-Pit!
In this video, we will show you how to build an affordable bodyshaker that will enhance your flight experience.
We will guide you through all the necessary steps, from building the console to wiring the bodyshaker. We will also list all the materials you need to build this bodyshaker. The materials you need are easy to find and affordable. We will be using wood, screws, bass-shakers, cables, and an amplifier, among other things. Don't worry, we will explain all the steps thoroughly so that even beginners can follow along.
This bodyshaker will take your flight simulator to a new level and provide you with an even more realistic experience. You will be able to feel the vibrations and have the sensation of nearly sitting in a real airplane.
So let's get started and take your flight simulator to a new level! This of course also works for a Racing-Pit, a shooter or just for feeling some nice bass while listening to music on your gaming chair.
Remember to take all necessary safety precautions while building this bodyshaker. Have fun building!
    Greetings Milan

I have a simple buttshaker. One of those add on’s that are basically non essential. However, once you have it you can’t fly without it anymore. So much more immersion and feedback.

Jeah right, it completely fulfills the requirements on a luxury item. Unnecessary but indispensable.

Hi. I have 6 dayton audio bst-25 shakers.
4 in my seat, 1 mounted behind the stick and 1 on pedals.
I configured the soundcard as 5.1 surround in the computer sound settings.
In simshakers i select 3-or more shakers and the required driver.
Then when i test.. Well only the 4 in the seat shake.. And at different levels of volume/vibration despite coming from the same amp. Possible wireing issue for the lower volume one...?
The front/bass line is not working at all.. These are the ones selected as the stick and pedals shakers.
Any ideas what im doing wrong?

Hi, which amp do you use and how are the shakers wired? Are there six outputs on your amp or did you wire any of the shakers in line or parallel to a single output? How is the simshaker sound module configured in relation to 'max channels' - I had the best results by using mono, this holds all speakers at the same level in my case.

@@roter_milan i have 3 x nobsound mini amps. 2 shakers to each amp and so 1 per channel.
Thry are all wired individually to their own channel.
In one of the amps.. Is the chair left and right shakers. But they are shaking strangely at different levels of volume. In simshakers i use the 6 shakers (5.1) setting. And the dedicated sound card is selected in the software mentioned in thr user guide

@@liamjoseph992 Hi, that's pretty strange. My reply comes late cause TH-cam blocked your comment, sorry for that. Any changes in this case since your last comment?
