I feel like you are working for costco lol , my daughter in law is a manager at costco the employees are very well taken cared of there health plan retirement plan are so excellent so if the employees are treated well then everything works good .

- can chop garlic press into ice cube molds and freeze. Or freeze whole, but will be soft after defrost

I buy the bag garlic like that all the time. I throw it in the ninja and chop it up. Freeze it in a gallon size freezer bag. Make sure to flatten it for easy grabbing when you need it.

I think you saw my comment in one of your previous videos. About the garlic in produce section. Im a Costco employee also btw. I buy the kirkland brand grass fed butter also.

Quick tip on the garlic. You can run most of it in a food processor and then put it in freezer ziploc bags. Freeze them flat and thin like sheets. Then you can break off some and always have garlic for recipes.

If there is leftover garlic just before the expiry date, mince the rest and put them in a glass jar (covered). It will last longer 🧄
