    Start at 45 min in. This is where the real value starts. Just bought your book.

    Content promised in the headline really starts at 46:25. Helpful to see from there. Would be nice to be able to download the full template though.

    I am very glad I came across this video, entrepreneurship is a very lonely journey I was looking for such sessions who understand founder’s pain and give actionable advice. Thank you once again.

    I discovered Ryan a few years ago during Covid, he gladly offered all digital marketers content for free in order to help businesses during this period.
    I downloaded a few contents,learnt, and came to me the desire to go into business.
    That business failed , but here I am again ready to start again and watching this video sounds like the missing link. Ryan thank you for your contribution to the world, you are truly an amazing entrepreneur and I hope to rise and be successful with my new venture, and be able to meet you and shake your hand one of those days! Merci ! From France!

      Yep, you caught me. 🙃
      The last version was "quick and dirty" with almost no editing, and since people seemed to like it I felt like it was worth cleaning it up a bit. I hated to lose the views and comments from the first version, but I think this one better serves the audience. Thanks for caring enough to notice.

    This is great. I have the course, the book, and now this video helps to see the whole picture in a much clearer manner. Thanks Ryan.

    Why would you do this? You needed to follow ISO 9001:2015. It literally says maintain documented information that necessary and required by the business in one sentence.

    Can you please write me back!!! I need to speak on a topic with you about SOPs and the day-to-day operations and delegation of responsibility! I'm trying to assemble an arsenal that can at least handle tasks that need to be split into departments at least with an outcome for them to take over 60 to 80% of the task delegated! I'm trying to figure out how to be functional and operational in the shadow of someone like LVMH CEO Bernard Arnol 29:32

    You did not deliver on your first promises. the download is not actually downloadable in its full form. it is just another lead funnel.

    • @RyanDeissOfficial
      @RyanDeissOfficial  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      The resource is free and is delivered right on the thank you page. "Download" is, admittedly, and outdated term because the resource is a Google Doc so there's technically nothing to "download," but aside from that I fail to see how I didn't deliver on the promise.
      At the end of the day, I am putting out free content and free resources with the goal of raising awareness for my brand and building our email list.
      This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone in business, and I highly recommend you do the same as you work to scale your own company.

      Hi Ryan,
      There seems to be a technical problem with the opt-in form. After filling out the form fields the 'submit button doesn't seem to work.
      It might have something to do with the elementor form.
      Great content btw!

    Hello, great content, what is the app you used to make the SOP map ? Thank you

    • @PatrickLauruol
      @PatrickLauruol หลายเดือนก่อน

      The app is called Whimsical, although any diagramming app will ddoing the trick, e.g. Visio, Lucidchart or Smartsheets

    So, he needs to state that a business here is a tech company.
    If your operating blue collar, retail, wholesale, physical type of business most of the stuff he says you don't need... Guess what, you do need.

    • @RyanDeissOfficial
      @RyanDeissOfficial  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's not a tech company, and we do have retail, home services, and professional service companies in our portfolio group.
      The metrics will change but the process is the same.

      You probably did. This is a "prettier" version with some edits in it as opposed to the previous version that was just a Loom video. Thank you for caring enough to notice.

    Quick feedback & recommandation to be better and maintain retention skip the "who am i" part and/or put it in the end or try making it more concise, start with the value first, then in the end you may introduce yourself very briefly a bit like Hormozi. But who i am to even give advice to an entrepreneur worth 200M 🤣,
    Anyway keep it up the value is incredible ✅

    • @RyanDeissOfficial
      @RyanDeissOfficial  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I hear you and I don't love doing it, but I got feedback that people didn't know who I was and it was "arrogant" to assume I did.
      Can't please everyone...

      @tammiesspark หลายเดือนก่อน

      I actually disagree. I didn't know him until this video, so his intro was necessary. For those who are repeat viewers, you can skip that part and go to the content. But stating who you are first makes sense.
