I would love nothing more to be convinced that you were different than the others doing this style of TH-cam. I mean that in a very sincere way. I read the 4 hour work week too. In full transparency and to give an opinion of what is thought of the video after reading your comment up there and for some constructive criticism this video comes off TH-cam guru suss… I’d love for it not to be because with that kind of money there is so much good I could do for the world so If it can happen I’d love to learn from you and spread the love. I can feed every homeless person in multiple states with that money amongst so many other great things

@lessons89 hey there, I'm in founder OS. I appreciate your skepticism, but I would go to war with Matt. He changed my life, super grateful. I wanna encourage you to lean into his content and see for yourself. He has some super high value low ticket products like Audience OS, which is where I started before I invested in his Founder OS product. Good luck out there! Ps. Don't judge me on my YT channel it's just for fun and nothing to do with my personal brand.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

Respectfully, this whole video has the same issue as every other "I make a lot of money and here's my habits video": It starts with these random generalalized mindsets and feelings and habits: Do deep work! focus! plan the day before!
And they miss the bigger fucking picture.
You made your money because you found a VEHICLE where you can scale and sell to millions.
You can do all this shit of meditations and deep work but if you're in the wrong vehicle, like a janitor, or a 9 to 5 secretary, it don't mean shit. Unfortunately, a lot of this advice is going to mislead people and get them to miss the point.
And don't follow that up by saying "Oh, anyone can do what I do if you just try." That secretary or janitor or schoolteacher is not going to be able to learn how to code and run an app company. Some of us are just wired differently with different strengths.

    • @realmattgray

Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my TH-cam channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a TH-camr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. Absolutely, working smarter, not harder, is key to scaling effectively. Entrepreneurs should consider leveraging automation and outsourcing for tasks that aren't in their zone of genius, but remember, the real game-changer is creating systems that ensure quality and consistency without your constant input. It's all about building a self-sustaining business that thrives with or without you at the helm every second.

No. I think there are ways to be anonymous and drive leads.

    • @PrecisionSalesStudios
      @PrecisionSalesStudios 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

Hey @alexluevanos5453! Showing your face in content can help build a personal connection, but it’s not strictly necessary to bring in leads. I recently worked with a client in the construction and real estate industries, and the key to their success was automating and personalizing outreach efforts.
We drafted several short, authoritative email templates, including an intro, follow-up, and closing message. Each email had a personalized first line with specific details about the prospect to show genuine interest. We used a spreadsheet to organize client information and connected it to Mail Merge to send out these personalized emails in bulk. This approach saved time and ensured each email felt personal.
We dedicated the start of the week to researching and building our prospect list, aiming for 100-500 contacts. Emails were sent midweek (Tuesday-Thursday) around 10 am to catch people’s attention. Leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, we quickly researched prospects and generated personalized intro lines for our emails. This significantly reduced the time spent on manual research and enhanced the personalization of our messages.
I think the real key here is to ensure you keep your unique personality and voice with all your outreach by preloading your AI assistants (i.e. ChatGPT) with your own writing samples. At the end of the day, automation and AI should really just multiply your own efforts, not completely replace them or the human aspect. This method helped achieve quick results and saved hours of work each week. By using AI and automation to handle the drafting and research, we maintained a consistent outreach effort while keeping the personalized touch.
Hope this helps! What methods are you currently using to bring in clients?

00:00 🌟 A successful entrepreneur shares insights on making $9 million a year while working only 4 hours a day.
03:37 💡 Four pillars of leverage: deep work, automation, the founder flywheel, and hiring a chief of staff, are essential for achieving time and financial freedom.
08:35 📈 The founder flywheel concept, inspired by mechanical flywheels, emphasizes compounding effects, making tasks easier, and producing increasing results over time.
14:30 🚀 Building a personal brand and leveraging it to grow an audience can significantly boost revenue and business growth.
19:23 🤖 Employing automation tools and strategies like AED (Automate, Eliminate, Delegate) can optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
26:00 🛠 Hiring a chief of staff is crucial for managing daily operations and freeing up the founder's time for strategic tasks.
31:15 🌐 Implementing these pillars of leverage can lead to true freedom, allowing entrepreneurs to achieve success while enjoying personal fulfillment and quality time with loved ones.

I know it probably wasn't your goal to get me to zoom in at 8:57 and copy down the prompt with image-to-text, but that's totally what I did 😂
I enjoyed the video and found a lot of the ideas valuable. Very dense information that I had to listen back a few times to fully ingest. I can totally tell you spend deep, focused time thinking about this because some of the ideas are very nuanced. Thanks brother!

Here you go. It's in the video. If he didn't want to share it, he would have blurred it or not shown all of it. Remember to adjust for your mission / brand / concept. Also, read through it so you understand what the prompt is asking to do. If you don't understand the prompt, your not gonna understand the results and how to use it to your benefit. Remember... you still have to put in the work. Good luck out there, and NEVER GIVE UP!
      CHATGPT PROMPT - Content Ideation
You are a viral content expert.
I need your help to generate compelling content ideas.
Take inspiration from viral TH-cam videos titles and viral Twitter threads with over 5 million views.
Make the copywriting impeccable and memorable.
[Replace the info below with an overview and mission of your brand]
I’m a founder creating content to help [founders reach $5M per year through proven systems for audience, band, and community growth]. Our mission is to help 100,000,000 founders automate their business and hit $5,000,000 profit per year.
I want you to generate viral content ideas by creating a table.
In the table, the X axis has Content Gorups, meaning ways to present a Content Category.
The Y axis has Content Categories to be matched with the X axis.
The X axis has Content Groups, formatted the following way: [NAME] (examples of content ideas)
[Educational] (Lists, Best ofs, Tools, Facts, Guides, Systems, Summaries, Frameworks)
[Emotional] (Drive some type of emotion and get the reader to feel some type of way that causes them to share with 5 friends)
[Deep Dive] (Data, Math, Reasons, Trends, Expert Quotes, Research, Industry Breakdown)
[Reflection] (Hidden secrets, Lessons, Mistakes, Successful Routines, Personal Experiences, Advice to yourself 5 years ago)
[Vulnerable] (Failures, Obstacles, Insecurities, Skills you want to learn, What things shaped you, Things you wish you knew, Bad advice you were given)
[Edutainment] (Create content with amazing storytelling, practical value, that is captivating, compelling, and makes people want to share it with 5 friends)
[Lists] (Provide useful lessons, steps, systems, processes, tools, and resources about the Content Category).
The Y axis contains the Content Categories:
      $5M Founder Systems
      Automating Your Business
Controlling The 4 W’s - what you work on, when you work on it, where you work, and with who.
      Community Building
Write out a table and write out a viral content idea for each cell of the X and Y axises. Pair each Content Category with a Content Group.
For example a viral idea pairing the Content Group “Educational” with the Content Category “Educational” would generate the viral content idea “7 Tools to help you grow a community from 0 to 1 million”).

When you say “if something drains your energy, it should be automated, eliminated, or delegated” what would you say to someone in highschool? Would you drop out, or try to graduate as soon as possible?

    • @realmattgray
      @realmattgray  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

I would say you should aim to discover your strengths and what brings you joy in life and double down on those areas.
I understand it’s hard to delegate at your stage. But you can eliminate as many distractions from your life as possible and you can learn to automate more areas of your life.
In general, I think you’ll be most successful if you lean into the things you’re great at.

I hated school with a passion. My son is in high school and he hates it too. But I am glad that I didn't quit. Because completing it teaches you how to finish something. And that is one of the most import rules to success. You also learn "how to learn" which is also critical to success. And you learn to deal with BS and get through it. That often a part of life. So while high school can be lame, it also serves an important role in your life.
That said, if you start a business now and start making more money that the average US annual income, then that might be a different conversation. Even in that case, there are probably more reasons to finish high school that to bail on it.
Good luck. Now focus on becoming something great and doing something great.

Hi Matt, this video was great, but,
I just wanted to ask can we get a sneak peek in your 4 hour deep work, i mean , can you either film a video or write a thread on twitter about it, like for example, are you sitted all the time, or you move all the time, do you eat in between, do you take breaks in between or you just work for 4 hours straight without taking any break ?

    • @realmattgray
      @realmattgray  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Generally 4 hours straight from around 6am to 10am. Ideally train your focus and attention to go straight (with a water break, coffee break, bathroom break)
