Movement you stick to

  • Getting started or sticking to a exercise routine can be one of the hardest things to crack.
    We all know that exercise is good for us, but yet why does it feel so hard to get going and stay going?
    I just wanted to share my thoughts for the afternoon.
    Dig deep into your reason why, not your goals, but your values and the things you say no more to.
    Find movement that isn’t just going to give you physical results, but doing movement thats going to make you feel mentally better. If you want to be the better version of yourself, working on both are important.
    14 years of going strong with life and exercise and i still mix it up between challenging myself, doing things I know are good for me and pure enjoyment exercise.
    My cousin who is a psychologist said a great quote this week. The choices that people are making are taking them to the life they want or not Want 👋
