Could you do a video on wagons? I know it's kinda crazy but I think there is a market out there. For example, I own a '12 Acura TSX Sport Wagon and plan on doing some tinkering to the car. I already have Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 and plan on lowering the car a bit, aftermarket sway bars, drilled and slotted rotors, brake pads, etc. I would love to see you guys talk about the different kinds of wagons from Audi & BMW to Volkswagen Acura and Volvo and the different mods you can do to them.
Just a quick mention on your pilot sports: the A/S version has way less grip than the (now discontinued) PS 3's and less again than the PS 4's. If you can swap them out... do it sooner than later. Unless you're using them as winter tires I suppose. Have fun with your tinkering :)
My brothers neighbor has a previous body style Corolla S on Gram Lights 57 Transcend, Ventus tires, a legit big brake kit, lowered on who knows what and honestly, it looks badder than the modified WRXs in my area. Super clean and no compromise to function.
First 5 mods: 1. Lightweight wheels with 2. Summer tires 3. Thicc sway bar (Upcoming) 4. Adjustable race dampers (Upcoming) 5. Lightweight exhaust (Upcoming) Yeah, I'm one of those street class autocross guys. Aero isn't really an option, nor are coilovers.
yep moveing mass as Lightweight wheels are THE best mod you could do! the will easier move the weigth of the wheel faster meaning to would go faster and you would use less brake pads as it would be easier to stop the lighter moveing mass ;)
What I've done to my car, Suspension swap throwing out crusty shit Swapped a broken door handle Swapped the steering linkage Next is exhaust and weather stripping Then swapping rear drum breaks to discs And probably my shocks
I took off just the muffler on my Scion tC and it sounds way better than I thought it would it turned from a Camry sound to a nice v8 sound and the challenger also sounds really good with just the middle mufflers cut out

2. Slotted brake rotors
3. Eibach lowering springs
4. Michelin pilot sport a/s 3+ tires
5. 3” downpipe with race cat
Are you going to be running those springs on stock suspension?
If you're prepping for hard braking don't forget to upgrade brake fluid to Motul RBF 600 or Castrol SRF
Kou-Lai Chang that’s the plan! Eventually going to upgrade the struts when I’m not on a high school budget.
Brian J I’ll definitely keep that in mind!
If you count these as modifications, only done two so far more to come.

My car that I’m doing now is Cadillac, I’ve changed the rims and tires went from 225/65/16 to 215/50/17,upgraded the brakes, swapped all speakers and dropped 15 in the trunk, custom projector headlights, interior bulbs all changed to blue led and also added interior mood lighting, new head unit, swapped digital for analog gauge cluster, put mesh behind the grill. Still needs paint and to be put on bags and tint windows and ecu tune and cam swap and glasspacks!
I started with wheels then coilovers and then an cold air intake and a custom built straight pipe it drove perfectly even though it was just a peugeot 107 and it sounded brutal xD
1st mod should be maintenance
Jigga Boo facts lmao
I have an 05 Outback, my first mods were:
1. Stock stereo delete, replaced with touch screen w/ reversing camera
2. Add subwoofer now I have a beefier amplifier
3. 2" lift kit
4. Smaller rims (16") to fit bigger tyres
5. Bigger A/T tyres (Can now fit 215/70/r16's VS 215/55/r17's as stock)
Can't wait to get a sportier car in the future so I can explore the polar opposite side of modding hahahahaha
My first 5 were Allweather floor mats, K&n air filter, oil filter, led interior lights, license plate cover. Lmao
^^^
Im in the same boat! Have 2 b5.5 passat wagons and a 3 series wagon as well!
You can do the same mods to a wagon as any other car. Only difference is that the wagon will look better.
Just a quick mention on your pilot sports: the A/S version has way less grip than the (now discontinued) PS 3's and less again than the PS 4's. If you can swap them out... do it sooner than later. Unless you're using them as winter tires I suppose. Have fun with your tinkering :)

Yeah, I'm one of those street class autocross guys. Aero isn't really an option, nor are coilovers.
yep moveing mass as Lightweight wheels are THE best mod you could do! the will easier move the weigth of the wheel faster meaning to would go faster and you would use less brake pads as it would be easier to stop the lighter moveing mass ;)
Get all weather tires next time
