    Doesn't get much easier than that! The perfect follow up to a stars and stripes touchless wash.

    we normally let it sit just under a minute and works good, never had an issue with snake oil, we first started we washed on and off like stars and stripes, but found it better when it sat and rinse off

    Reminds me of Griots Poly Gloss or their new Ceramic Wash and Coat. A few other companies have similar products (Gyeon Bathe+, Mequiars new one, Armor All new one, etc. etc.). I think everyone is now coming out with these wash and coat or "foam on" type of protections. Probably doesn't have very much protection at all. Most of these products MIGHT, with a very big emphasis on MIGHT, have a week or so worth of protection at best. I prefer to use a dedicated sealant as my LSP, although I do use these type products occasionally. I have the Griots BOSS foaming system including the BOSS Foam Cannon and everything in that system works great, but many times I don't want to pull all that stuff out unless it's a full wash. When in my garage, especially now in the winter, I use rinseless washing. I have enough rinseless wash concentrates for a lifetime! LOL.

      I thought similar how about it's like griots, and yes applying a sealant would be ideal. Understanding Chem-X's product development made for big rigs though, this is definitely good for that market as very few people are going to want to hand seal an entire rig.

      I've used Carpro HydrO2Foam for about 2 years now and found each application lasts about 3-4 months in the summer, and 2 months in the winter. Just switched to SnakeOil as they claim upto 6 months. While spray-and-wipe sealants might last longer, it's a lot easier and quicker to do foam-and-rinse protectants. 50% of the durability with 10% of the time/effort.

      @@TheBreakfastLover I have not used the Snake Oil brand you speak of. I heard you speaking about those about a year ago or more. Where do you buy those? Do you have a discount code? How does it hold up compared to the other spray and rinse products? What other good detailing products do they offer? Sorry to "rapid fire" hit you with the questions. I would like to try this Snake Oil brand. I am always looking for a great product line to use. Especially an economical one. I always liked using Xtreme Solutions PolySeal. That stuff is easy to use (apply several different ways, but I use the damp applicator to work it into the paint and then a clean fluffy good quality microfiber towel to remove the residue. It leaves the surface super slick, repels liquid like a banshee, and has good longevity and durability too. And the price is not too bad.

      @@joevanseeters2873 Xtreme Solutions Polyseal only lasted 1 month in two of ScottHD's durability tests (check out his channel). Similar spray-and-wipe sealants, Griot's 3-in-1 Ceramic Spray wax and Gyeon Cancoat, lasted 1 year in the same tests. Gyeon now has Cancoat Evo for which they claim double the durability.
      I've just started using Chem-X SnakeOil and cannot verify yet their claim of 6 months durability. But the ease of use of foam-and-rinse make it much more appealing that spray-and-wipe options. Like I mentioned Carpro HydrO2Foam has 2-4 month durability depending on the season.

    Great product, but price wise better to go with Griots garage ceramic

    Can you use this stuff with out useing water

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You could use it diluted in a spray bottle or pump sprayer/foamer but it would need to be rinsed off or it will cause streaking.

    You should try Koch Chemie NanoMagic. Heard some good things about it and I’ll probably test it out myself. But interested in an honest review on it compared to the others and you put out great reviews

    GYEON Wet Coat works way better than that...Spray on bottle, wash off, perfect beads and way faster sheating...$20.00 a bottle. The Hydro phobic property of Wet Coat are insane.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am well aware of wet coat. Keep in mind snake oil is made for big rigs. Hard to get wet coat onto trailers and high up on cabs. Foam cannon spreads this stuff everywhere and is faster to apply.
