    Hi 👋, so was wondering if calcium phosphate was a good alternative to carbonate, as I got this idea do some research in what substances our teeth were naturally made of, turns out that calcium phosphate was one of those minerals madeup in enamel so I'm not
    quiet sure in which type is more effective for remineralising.
    What's your opinion? 😐🤨

    I just made some and it came out really well. My teeth feel great! It is a little runny so I added a little extra calcium powder but not too much. I know we are in the middle of summer so that probably is why. Even though it’s a little runny, it works really great.! Thank you Marissa for another great recipe that adds to Health

    How does a magnesium/egg shell toothpaste sound? Natural toothpaste made with added eggshell has been making the rounds on natural living posts.
    I also brought magnesium because having it in toothpastes would be another great way to consume it.

    I made something similar to this, but I dry blend my dry ingredients in a small powerful blender to meke them more powder like and avoid the avresiveness on them. The blend becomes even smoother when is all put together.

    Can you put these on parchment papers and drops and turn them into tablets by drying them out in the oven or is it better to keep it in the paste form

      I haven't tried that, but it's a good idea!

      @@bumblebeeapothecaryhow would you dry it out? There is no water in the recipe. Nothing to evaporate.

    Hi. I just made this toothpaste, but why is so liquid? I followed the recipe exactly. Maybe add more calcium carbonate powder? Hope you reply this. Thanks a bunch. ❤

      Thank you so much! You're right, I recently switched blog platforms. I'm working as fast as I can to switch everything over, and that recipe hasn't quite made it yet. It will be there soon! In the meantime, if you email me at bumblebeeapothecary(at)gmail.com, I would be happy to share it with you there 😊

    I had no idea that Clay contains aluminum! So glad I follow you!But.....is the calcium powder safe? Where can I purchase it? And since I was using the Clay(about a month now) what can I do to detox it?

    • @bumblebeeapothecary
      @bumblebeeapothecary  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the calcium is safe. I have link to the calcium I use in the description box. For detoxing aluminum, we have done juicing, and I've heard good things about a product called Advanced TRS. Hope that helps!

      I don’t think ALL organic clay has aluminum; many people just won’t spend the money to buy the organic from a really good source. I have been using a clay toothpaste for over 5 years and have never tested positive for aluminum. It;s just like the zylitol…..almost everything sold in stores is made from corn….I can only find the one made from birch trees online

      Since it doesn't contain water it's good at room temp for a long time, 6-12 months :)

    How long would it last without going bad? Does it need to be kept in refrigerator?

    • @bumblebeeapothecary
      @bumblebeeapothecary  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Since it doesn't contain any water, it is very shelf stable at room temp and does not need to be refrigerated. It should last a year or more if it is kept clean and water doesn't get in it.
