You're videos are great. Your knowledge of Corel Draw is outstanding. Question - what are you using as a drawing tool? I can't imagine that you are doing all that with just a mouse.
Another option, and maybe an idea for a 3rd video could be to print off image and trace the dots with a fine point sharpie and scan the picture back in and would probably convert to vector much easier.
