Darren Armour if you can get new ones for around the same price as machining I would buy the new ones. But sometimes the cost differences is large and machining it is the next best thing.

Floating calipers?? 😂 The rotors are held in place with the lug studs and get tighten down with the wheel and lug nuts so they aren’t going anywhere.

When you can buy a pair of discs for £50 is it really worth machining the old ones?

New rotors are cheap ... Why reuse old ones risking warpage or wear issues or wasting time and $$$ for turning - it makes no sense...
