First workout back after taking a week off for a hot disc in my lower back(since starting strength those have gotten much fewer and further between and when they hit I can always tell it was bc I skimped on something like stretching well between strength days)... The shake was on, the sweat was pouring! Burn baby burn! I love your encouraging spirit and motivation to keep going when it gets hard. Thank you again! Now to stretch so I don't have to take another break!
As usual, you did not disappoint! Consistency is key, Been busy with work so have only been working out here and there, I can definitely tell I've been slacking, lol Wow!!!
I loved the workout but I had to look away when the camera followed you up and down. I love different camera angles but prefer the camera to stay still. Thanks for another great workout!
Hi, Kaleigh. Sweaty workout 😅 I like the new graphics and count down clock. I do have one request. I have Ménière’s disease which causes vertigo, and the side camera that was moving up and down is quite difficult for my vestibular system to watch. I. have to turn away from the TV when it switches to this new camera function. Just wanted you to know for those of us who experience vertigo. Thanks. 😊

Although I miss the old %bar, I am appreciating seeing how many minutes left I have to endure 😀 One note on today's video - the side angle when it was going up and down was really hard to follow when I'm also going up and down. It made me feel a bit dizzy. Possible to keep it still?
I honestly wondered if I was going to be able to finish!! That was a tough one! Added the thigh finisher on too! My legs are on fire!! I don't think I will be walking normal the rest of the day!
Hi Kaleigh. I’m curious of why you don’t do the 3rounds by 12 repeats workouts. Do we build muscle with repeating the workouts twice like you suggest? Please post workouts with 3 rounds. I love your workouts by the way. It just bugs me that we don’t do three repeats 😢 thanks for considering.
Hi Ema! Thank you! You will definitely still build muscle doing 1 or 2 sets of the exercises, because in most cases when there are 1 or 2 sets we are doing exercises that work the same muscle group, just with a slight variation. Also, choosing a weight that is heavy enough to be challenging with 1-2 sets is also important! The classic or traditional strength workouts(noted in the titles or thumbnails) include 3 rounds. New classic strengths are coming soon too! 💜
I just started back working out yesterday from a 2 week hiatus. When I tell you that I thought my arms would get a rest from yesterday... I fooled myself. I'm just going to take this time to just say what my brain is already thinking I strongly dislike arm day with a passion😂😂..
You should start putting a disclaimer at the beginning of your workouts! It was definitely a mistake to read the comments BEFORE I did the workout. Since I'm a glutton for punishment and find your workouts the most challenging, I figured, why not? Let's see what all the fuss is about! Boy did I find out! Please relabel this workout as the jello workout because that's exactly how my muscles are feeling.😂 Thank you for continuing to show up and kick my butt!
