    I saw this no weight workout and thought “oh, good! I could use an easier workout!” Ha! That was a lot harder than I had imagined…I am a 63 year old grandma (of 11) and follow all of your workouts…thanks for a really challenging one 😅

    Dude. I did this workout yesterday. I am feeling it in my shoulders 🔥 I’ve been doing your workouts consistently since sweet summer sweat and have FINALLY been getting the results I have wanted since having my children and quitting soccer.     This is perfect timing!
    I am in the process of moving overseas so all my equipment is across the ocean right now and I love your workouts! So I have been using a big bag of rice and cans as weights haha
