- Hello, this is Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today is a 10-minute intermediate level abdominal exercise routine.
Since it consists of 3 exercises for the upper abdomen, 3 exercises for the lower abdomen, and 3 exercises for the sides, you can do just one set.
A frequency of 3 times a week seems to be appropriate. Depending on your individual fitness level, we also recommend extending the rest time.
After continuing this routine for about 3 weeks, those who want a higher level of exercise intensity can perform the advanced routine or try hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, etc.

I really like your video, but can you make a leg workout video that doesn’t require jumping? I can’t really make noise at the place where I’m living😭
I like to follow you, but when I go to the playlist, it's confusing, because of my kidney problem, I want to work lightly, that's why I went to the playlist for beginners, you upload a lot of Full Body and a lot of ABS in the beginners and It is currently in the playlist. Do I need to start from the first video in the beginners section and do each video for 3 weeks and do again next video on same playlist, until the last video in this playlist ends?? The second question is, what day should I do Full Body and what day should I do ABS? I can't do both in one day because I can't work hard, it's bad for me. I want to work on my whole body, but light, because I have a little fat right now. I don't care if it takes a year or two, I'm not looking for quick answers like many. Thanks
