I was thinking of going to gem and to the machines but I can practice these while watching football 👍👍 I wonder there’s any exercise for glute muscles apart from bridging 🤷🏻♂️
Great question - Squats! Here is a short that might be helpful: th-cam.com/video/PT4AYkRZFa8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=QsD2unm5omv6PBBD

So glad you explained this. I surely was trying to figure out why my stellar gym performance was not crossing over to what I naturally need to move around. Thank you
You're very welcome! It can be frustrating when this happens, but I hope knowing the reason behind it can help relieve any negative feelings that have come up because of it☺️
@@DoctorGretchenHawley it really does hip flexors are my main problem so I will spend some significant time e on them. I enjoy your spirit and your videos. Thank you for all you do.
Thank you.
Thoughts about having dumbbells in your hands as you rise from a chair?
As long as the person has good form, and does not exercise to the point of fatigue due to holding the additional weight, that's great!
Is there any exercises to be able to walk further? I cant seem to increase distance and endurance too i guess. Do i just need to keep reading your book? That and standing. Standing is the hardest
There is definitely information in the book☺️ But, also you might find this episode of my podcast helpful! open.spotify.com/episode/6Ql9DdpGlJ1VuyuHhPeM6P?si=308c86c6d00543dc
