super useful! i'm going to start doing the first one. i can't walk without a walker. is it useful to time your walk using an assistive device?

Great! This will be in my rotation of exercises and it will help with the other question i had posed to you on the recent short couple dàys ago where you asked what content would be good upon your return after pregnancy.

I’ve had balance issues for two and a half years and have been seeing a physiotherapist. I was given a set of exercises to do to strengthen my muscles for my trunk and legs. I did see some improvement however these exercises have to be done as a daily routine. Should I miss any I’m left with the same weakness as before,so the problems are still there. Unfortunately these exercises do not help when out doing errands,I still need my walker since any distractions will result in losing my balance. I shall probably never regain what I have lost.

Strengthening exercises and MS-specific exercises for things such as walking are different. Don't give up! I hope you will review my page as I have some full length exercise classes available along with many other MS-specific tips and stretches to aid in walking!
