I just realized that the Texans, Browns, Jets, and Lions are all going to be top 10 here this year. Probably the 4 worst franchises since I’ve been into football, and they are all looking pretty good at the same time. Pretty cool!

Makes you wonder what’s in store for the Patriots and Panthers. I don’t know if the commanders can make the comeback because Dan Quinn has already shown us his peak IMO, but the general quality of the new NFL generation is insane

@@alexyoumans9431 the Cardinals have been bad on average over their existence, but I’ve watched them play in a Super Bowl in my lifetime. You’ve got a point about the Raiders, though they had a really good run right before I really started paying attention to the league. I should have said 4 OF the worst franchises, maybe. My point is that it’s cool to see those 4 franchises looking good at once after seeing them largely suck since I’ve been watching football 👍🏻

Jerry Jeudy having "bad hands" is a myth. He has one of the lowest drop rates in the NFL. He's dropped 18 passes in his 4-year career and 6 of those were in one game when he was a rookie. That means he's dropped 12 passes in his other 56 games.

This might come across as hating (and it's not intended to be, because I love your content and watch all of these breakdowns), but one area where you might benefit from further reflection is how you tend to default with HCs to talking about "their side of the ball" a lot.
The HC's main job is pulling together a group of men in one uniform direction and 75% of the role (in my opinion) has nothing to do with playcalling or 'their side of the ball'..
So, when you rank guys like Stefanski and McDermott (whose teams have won consistently) as lowly as you do, I think you're focussing too much on their playcalling, and showing insufficient deference to the team's overall win record, which is their key objective as head coaches. Hiring and managing good staff under them. Keeping the organisation stable. Culture. All that important stuff.
That's not to discredit the points you make about Defensive HCs, because it's true that a revolving door at OC is not ideal. And maybe Josh Allen does carry McDermott to an extent.
But just generally, I think you should give more credit to the jobs HCs actually do as HCs in your rankings. And from that perspective, it's hard not to be impressed by what Stefanski achieved last year with a collection of frankly ludicrous QBs starting for large portions of the year.

Been saying this is arguably the best roster in the league for years now, if Deshaun can just stay healthy and play not atrociously again I mean sky is the limit. They could win division and beat the chiefs. Hell they almost beat the chiefs in playoffs on the road with a worse roster and Baker Mayfield when Chiefs still had Tyreek…
If Deshaun is healthy and catches fire they are at least a top 3 AFC team and that’s if Ravens and Jets hit their ceiling aswell. Not tryna ignore the Dolphins and Chiefs but again, if Deshaun somehow returns to who he was as a player and the team hits their ceiling I truly believe peak ravens and jets are the only ones that could stop them from reaching the Super Bowl. All 3 have the highest ceiling in AFC but could bust, it’s gonna be a super interesting season man we shall see who is real.

@@ThatFranchiseGuy I know this is a day old but can you really dive into your thoughts on this during the jets deep dive? I think it's a bit simplistic to think any QB, even as good and experienced as Rodgers, can "simply be the OC". This wasn't the case in GB when he had a legit playcaller in Lafleur.
Look at Brady in his final year. Leftwich took over playcalling, and it was a disaster. Brady is even more experienced then Rodgers, yet he couldn't "call his own offense". Because it's a feasible expectation game to game. Especially in the playoffs, on the road, against teams like Buffalo and KC.

@@ThatFranchiseGuy There is no way of knowing. He hasn't played more than 6 games in a row since 2020.
2022 was a rust year. New team. New system. Not much practice time.
2023 was an injury year. He played 2-1/2 healthy games out of 6. He had no continuity. The stats really mean nothing:
Game 1 was played in a monsoon. Look up Joe Burrow's stats for that game.
Game 2 Watson played poorly, but on the Pick-6 he hit the receiver right in the hands who tipped it to a DB. That was the difference in the game.
Game 3 he completed 82% of his passes and had a passer rating of 123.
      Games 4 & 5 out.
Game 6 tried to play hurt. Couldn't.
      Game 7 out.
Game 8 he completed 63% of his passes and had a passer rating of 107.
Game 9 he looked like Game 2 Watson in the first half and Game 3 Watson in the second.
If Watson gets to play 15-16 healthy games, I suspect he'll be a lot more like Game 3 and 8 Watson than Game 2 Watson.

Trade for the POS Deshaun Watson and give him a FULLY GUARANTEED deal? Strip him of all his talent and make him a husk of his former self. Will see with Watson and I get the 2 cases arent settled so its not completely over and resolved but your video is how good the football player and I get bringing it up but its been a few years so to talk about it as much as his play seems like you have a vandeta and you ignore other behavior that other players do.
