    Ahaha I said exactly that when I was 2 weeks out on the Stairmaster. Put my details in and pressed ‘start’ and it mocked me with “Enjoy your workout!” Just as the manager was passing…so I made a complaint!😂😂😂

    Im curious. if so many bodybuilders eat clean (chicken and rice, broccoli, etc) even in off season. Why do so many have digestive issues? Even Flex Lewis talks about all the digestive issue he had.

    • @eugencsl
      @eugencsl ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Imagine eating 5-6000 calories per day of clean food, we re talking about 5kg of food or maybe more, probably that is why all those digestive problems ...

    • @mturley8414
      @mturley8414 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Some of it has to do with gear.. Orals especially can crush appetite and make you feel nauseous for some people and really fuck over your digestive system..

    • @eugencsl
      @eugencsl ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@mturley8414 oh yeah, that too, most people on tren lose their appetite, and with orals it s even worse

      @mturley8414 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@eugencsl truth be told I took tren for almost a year straight (I DONT RECOMMEND THAT) and it never bothered me digestive wise but Anadrol 50 caused me to get what’s called gastroparesis which basically means your stomach shuts right off so your food sits there and literally rots so you burp up rotten food… It’s god awful…Needless to say I’ve never taken an oral since

    • @eugencsl
      @eugencsl ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@mturley8414 damn man, the most i stayed on that shit was smth like 6 months but nowadays 3 months per year is maximum and only when cutting, my appetite is pretty much gone when on tren and various orals, which helps with dieting lol

    Hang on you were consuming over 200grams of protein per meal? Hunter I need this to be explained as the body (no matter how big) can’t efficiently consume that much in one meal. Even Ronnie didn’t take that much per meal.. I can nutritionally understand this. I’m not making a dig I genuinely am asking
