Great stuff, miss your era of bodbuilding and again thanks for this showing and teaching. The emphasis on your sisters for the lambrda name and women in bodybuilding is cool to hear. You are not a selfish person.
I can relate to Gene’s story about doing a bodybuilding show. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, but I never felt like I had the knowledge to do it competitively.
It’s refreshing to see a training video where they speak well and aren’t using an expletive or slur every other word. Plus, these two actually know what they’re talking about in terms of training.
The genetics are real!!! Gosh Gene, I wish you would have competed along with Lee. You two would be the greatest bodybuilding brothers in history. Just amazing!!!
🔥👊Lee Your videos are historical, you can't imagine how much I learned as a child and teenager with my family in the gym watching your videos of the history of bodybuilding physique facing the greatest, as time went by I ended up working in a gym since I was 18 years of age in maintenance of weight equipment, machines, general cleaning of the gym and sale of products, making the most of the training, since I had the key to close the gym at night, blessings family🙏💪@@Labrada
That was an awesome session watching you both, Lee your an inspiration to all, I’m 57 and watching and listening to all your content just keeps me motivated thank you!!
Lee, These are very valuable teaching training videos. Thank you and Gene for sharing your wealth of knowledge of training and more! When get more mature in age, as this September I will turn 62 it is critical to train smart, execute exercises correctly and always do warm up and some good stretching (I do static stretches) after training. I appreciate the encouragement you shared with your brother Gene and how he rocked the Master and open classes at the contest! AWESOME accomplishment. I loved the "burn the boats" - "all in" philosophy of going into the battle and no turning back! Pray for my journey as I am looking to jump in to my first contest and compete possibly in The Klash contest (over 60 and over 50 categories) this time next year (2025) in Orlando, FL. My wife and I will be heading over to check this contest out this month on March 30th...I haven't been to a BB contest in about 30 years , last time was when I was an NPC Judge in Eastern Pennsylvania. Thank you brother Lee and stay healthy and well.
Great video, and it's nice to meet your brother! You are a hero and a great inspiration to me! I haven't bought your products yet but I plan on doing so in the very near future! Have a great day today, my friend!
I competed against Gene in 1991 in the teenage heavyweight division he got second place I got sixth place at the music hall downtown. Thanks for representing the old guys, I also us to train at the pump room in West university at presidents and first lady's.
My first idol in bodybuilding! I started to make my workouts thinking... I need to stay like this guy! He's the personality in the sport I'd most like to meet. I just tried to buy these t-shirts, but unfortunately they only deliver in the united states. Too bad 😢
Some nice guns for 64! And you’re right about the smaller shirt. Belt helps, too! I think IF you have the time more rest between sets beneficial. ANY twinge no matter how slight - FULL STOP, ice ideal. (And don’t try to stretch it out either!)
Sound training advice for sure but I'd like to say that you can avoid injuries by practicing control of lifting and lowering the weights and the use of dumbbells on basic compound exercises. Leave the ego at the door and feel the muscle your trying to work. Mind muscle connection my friends.

Thank you brother Lee and stay healthy and well.
I've been doing for years a triset for triceps one that Dave Draper did. It's a skull crusher into a mini pullover then into a close grip press.
A great exercise!

Why is the machine safer than free weights?
