We had roasted cauliflower as the side, and this butter, curry sauce went perfectly with it. This meal was honestly just the best meal ever.

Made it then added chopped onions plus white wine. I accidentally put too much curry but it’s ok. My family LOVED it and asked me to do it again soon. Ate it with mashed potatoes.

i just made these exactly like in the video. wow, he wasnt kidding, it smells amazing and it tastes even better. this was my first time using curry and i loooove it. my only suggestion would be, you probably dont need a cup and a half of heavy cream, even after reducing it i still ended up with sooo much sauce, which can be a good thing, but i think i probably couldve gotten by with a cup or even half a cup.
I love Indian food and usually buy the jarred sauces. This blows them away. It was absolutely delicious. I look forward to keeping this on a regular rotation. The only thing I did differently was I cut the cooked cutlets into bite sized pieces to make it easier to eat at my desk at work. 💗💗💗

What a fantastic recipe. I was afraid to use curry so I did a mixture of chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. I do evening suppers for a group we call "Supper Club" and the curry worried me a little. It is a fantastic coating that sticks to the pork. Thank you so much.

So Wednesday's the best day for making this, eh? Well it's Monday and I just made it and Waaaaaaaao! The best pork chops I have eaten in a loooong time! Thanks so much for this easy recipe! The only thing different I did was sliced up the clove of garlic and sauteed that first until golden brown and added that in with the butter and cream at the end, and, oh yeah, I substituted cardamon for the curry powder.
