I just made it. I used lemon juice instead of apple cider vinegar. The sauce needs the acid but I don't like vinegar. It came out delicious. Great recipe. Thank you.
Fixed it for last nights dinner. We really loved it. Simple recipe. Very easy to make. It is a keeper! Made buttered noodles and spinach for sides. I am not a big fan of pork chops and this recipe has gotten to like them better. Thank you.
Thank you! I was looking for a pan fried pork chop recipe. It looks scrumptious. I will be making them this week. The only item I need is green onions, and as they are very much loved, I definitely won't do without.
Looks great, may try it adding a little chili-garlic sauce and finely mince pineapple might be a nice addition. I would imagine you can do this with chicken breast as well. Thanks for the idea!

I mentioned two items, you make it sound as though I'm suggesting dumping the entire spice cabinet and pantry into it thinking it will taste better, I've never been that kind of cook so please don't make assumptions. How about you make it the way you like and I'll make it the way I like? Sounds reasonable to me.
I like your idea! I love chili flakes, too, so I may try that instead of chili-garlic sauce. Garlic, honey, chili-garlic sauce (or maybe flakes for me and my husband, we really like some heat). It all sounds so good! Heck, I may add the sauce AND the flakes! 😃

soy sauce instead of salt. The vinegar just gives a mild acidity you need. You could use lemon juice too
