I just made this and ..wow!! It was excellent. I used both the curry & tumeric in the sauce, and I served with mashed potatoes & steamed curry spiced cauliflower. As another poster pointed out, it was nice that he/she didn't talk...everything was clear & concise. This dish is a winner.
I made this last night and it was so delicious! I fried up some chopped onions before making the rest of the sauce. I used 1 tsp of curry powder and skipped the turmeric and chili flakes because I didn't have them. I also subbed the cream with coconut milk. I wanted more sauce so I added 1 cup of chicken stock + 2 tbsp of flour to keep it thick. I'll definitely make this again, I really like the subtle splashes of curry. 😁
Made this last night. Was amazing. Pork was super tender and sauce was ridiculously easy and delicious. So much room to customize, too. Will be making again.
I just made a cut down variation of this (I had no curry powder, parsley, or chilli flakes, but subbed the flakes for actual chili peppers), and I must say it was bloody lovely. I added parmigiano reggiano to the sauce as well. I probably made mine a bit thicker as well, but served with tenderstem broccoli, it was delicious!
i added onions whilst making the sauce, only because i had some already chopped up in the fridge and didnt want them to go to waste, was a beautiful dish x
Yep! Made it tonight and it was DELICIOUS! Even my 8 and 9 year old girls who are EXTREMELY picky has 2nd of it. Highly recommend! If you could possibly put the measurements in this video when you put the ingredients in captions that would be awesome.any which way tho i love this recipe, thanks so much for posting it.😃 definitley sub to this channel.
The recipe and instructions are in the description below but it says 2 butterfly pork chops but I’m not sure if she meant 2 pounds? Because in the video there’s more than two (well 4 if you cut them in half) I counted 6.
just made this but did my own thing because i was missing ingredients lol .. made the chicken the way you showed but i added some creole seasoning and some garlic salt then add butter onion and garlic also used lemon garlic oil melted to butter added some flour and 1 1/2 cup of almond milk i added the crushed pepper turmeric and cumin and more garlic salt. added cheese and cream cheese to the sauce as well. going to place it on top of some thin spaghetti🙏
I used elmlea (cream substitute) and because I went heavy handed on the chilli, I added yoghurt at the end to cool it.....hands down the best port recipe ever. Reckon I will be doing this with chicken breast too. Can't tell you just how lovely this was - AND pleasing to the eye xx
Well I didn't have any curry powder unfortunately so instead I added extra garlic and put in a bunch of parmesan. It turned out great! I did everything else exactly the same as in your video. I'm definitely going to try it your way next time. Thanks for the idea 👍
I made it tonight and I may have added too much turmeric. My sauce was a little yellow. I am waiting on my spouse and grown son to eat to get a review. Yours looked DELICIOUS!
@@ronatanakai9688 My family liked it but I have not made it again. My son has a girlfriend and she is cooking for him so I don’t want to make too much.
Making this tonight I'll let you know how it comes out cause we were talking about making dinner and my friend decided pork chops and I came across this and was like 😋😋 my god I have to make this or try
It’s the relaxing music for me to distract us from u not seasoning that meat. But this still look good tho. And I’m gonna make this. But imma season my meat some more.
Garlic mashed potatoes... Just melt a tbsp or two of butter along with Two cloves of minced garlic. When mashing your potatoes pour in the melted butter and garlic along with your milk or cream and you will surly please your wife and or guests that don't like rice like normal people. LOL. Your welcome : )

Best to get a thermometer and take them out between 135°-160° depending on your preference. I like mine around 145.
Coconut cream? Or milk?
I used regular cream but you could use coconut cream as well.

Thank you!!! New family favorite. I upped the amount of chili flakes because my girls love spicy hot.
Parmesan cheese okay to add??!
Sure, you can try that but it might change the flavor a little bit.
Cool
A wee recipe to print would be nice cheers

How long do you let it simmer for ? Lol
Instead of cornstarch use flour much more healthy! Cornstarch is very bad for health
also refined flour. use almond flour
