There is a jack plate that you can buy from Automotion or Pelican or Atlanta that goes into a square tube that is behind the square rubber plug in front of the round plug. This will save your rubber under coating from damage or possible jack slipping off and bending the floor pan Also the geometry of the tie rods changes when the front is lowered. All of the mentioned above parts people have a rack spacer and longer bolt that moves the rack down and brings the tie rods closer to level. If not done it effects the bump steer.
How the hell did that thing have over 28" in the back?? I have the same car - 24" in front and just under 24" in back. Porsche's like to be raked a bit up in front. Also, the absolute biggest suspension improvement you can do for a 912E is upgrade the front sway bar and add a bar to the back. They never came with a rear anti sway bar but all the bracketry is there because the tub and body are the exact same as all G-body 911's.
Clocking the adjuster the wrong way was a good teaching moment.
Tell me about it 😂 can’t wait to make that mistake again.
Thanks Taylor. I love your videos - entertaining and informative!!
Nice 912 🤤
as much as I've spent at Pelican on my 87 coupe... I've never received a keychain. Went with the Rennline adjustable with my build... great video!
What a machine. Crazy how much like a beetle they are, lol.
Nice job! Looks great, too!

Good video. Are you going to Trunk-or-Treat in Newport Sunday morning for the kiddies?
No, human larvae repulse me 😂
maybe I missed the follow up. How did it drive? I will be lowering mine and want it as low as possible without ride being trash! LOL
@@terranceand it rides very nice! Corners nice and flat, doesn’t slap the shit out of the bump stops. It’s a very nice handling car!
@@wickedwerks thanks man! I am looking forward to lowering mine!
Yeah I see you as a Porsche mechanic
I don’t know what’s it’s going to be either… no follow up video.

All these Porsches crawl (crawl).
